During my recent stay at Y Collection by UH Flat Osiria in Busan, I was thoroughly impressed by the modern amenities and prime location. The property is situated in the vibrant Songjung-ri neighborhood, offering easy access to attractions like Songjeong Beach and Haedong Yonggung Temple. The proximity to Lotte World Adventure Busan and the nearby mall provided ample entertainment and shopping options.  The accommodations were exceptionally clean and comfortable, featuring modern designs with stunning mountain views. Each room is equipped with air conditioning, a balcony, free Wi-Fi, and essential amenities like a refrigerator and blackout curtains, ensuring a restful stay.  The host was notably accommodating, promptly addressing any inquiries and ensuring a seamless experience. The availability of free parking and daily housekeeping added to the convenience, making it an ideal choice for both short and extended stays.  Overall, Y Collection by UH Flat Osiria offers a blend of comfort, convenience, and accessibility, making it a commendable option for travelers seeking a pleasant stay in Busan.

It's a nice flat to stay near the shopping center but not near public transport.

Apartment are pretty nice and decent. Good for small families comes with two toilet. Not hotel so dun expect any room service. Housekeeping are basic cleaning and change of towel. But they will inform via WhatsApp. No checkin reception just go straight to apartment via message send to WhatsApp. Location is far from city, only convenience is Lotte World theme park and Lotte outlet shopping and Luge ride.

It was an impressive experience trip!! I am really happy to my travel with Y collection UH Flat Osiris😁 There were very clean conditions. And there were close to subway station!! I RECOMAND THIS HOTEL TO EVERYONE!

It will be best place to stay as a family. Very clean and good service. Even no reception, no problem. It was the 2nd time but will be back. Thanks

Great apartment, great value. Super clean and modern, free parking. Best if you have a car, as it can be bit far to some spots.

Nice and clean apartment. Spacious with kitchen and living area. Pleasantly surprised by the LG Clothes Styler which we used after a bbq meal. Conveniently located near the Lotte Outlets, Luge rides and the Haedong Yonggungsa.

I stayed at Y Collection by UH FLAT Osiria from November 8 to November 11, 2024. The property is very new and quiet, providing a peaceful environment. It was very convenient for my self-drive trip, as there is a free parking lot available downstairs. However, the only downside is that it is quite far from the city center.

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay. So much so that our older kids didn’t want to leave the flat. They felt like it was a home away from home. Its modern touches and extreme cleanliness and comfort were very enjoyable and added to our vacation. We highly recommend, especially for large families.

An amazing experience was had! The apartment style lodging was ultra modern and state of the art. Our only disappointment was the futon bed advertised was actually a 1 inch mattress on the floor. The other 2 beds were as described-queen and very firm. The blankets were luxurious. The apartment deco gets an 10/10 For elegance, style, ambiance and comfort minus a fraction of a point for the mattress on the floor instead of the futon bed. The check in/out process is simple, it only requires contacting the host via email or phone. They responded within minutes, each time to address any concern. The view was beautiful, we were blessed to see both the city and beach view from the balcony. The cleanliness was excellent, all dishes for cooking and eating were provided. Detergent for the washer, dish soap, hygiene cleansing were provided, again all modern appliances. The mall and outlets are in walking distance, parking was free and access to ground parking was easily accessible. Another side note is that you should bring a converter box or adapter since all of the outlets are either Plug Type C (Europlug) or Plug Type F (German Schuko) a slight inconvenience but the benefits definitely out weighed the mattress ordeal and outlets. This is definitely a great investment all in all.

I looked for accommodations and made a reservation for a family trip to Busan. In the past, when I looked for accommodations in Busan, I looked for Haeundae first, but Haeundae is close by foot, but it is expensive, the accommodations are old, the cleaning is bad, and the service is often not good. So this time, I looked for accommodations in Osiria, Gijang-gun, which is 5-10 minutes away by car from Haeundae. It is a newly built apartment, so it is very clean and quiet, and there are various experiences and things to see, such as Lotte Mall, IKEA, Luge, and Haedong Yonggungsa Temple across the intersection. If I go to Busan again next time, I think I will stay here. When I checked out, most of the people I met were families.^^

Since I was traveling with a child, it was nice that it was spacious and comfortable to use rather than a stuffy hotel. I was surprised that housekeeping service was provided every morning when I applied, and Netflix, Disney, and TVing were all available, so my child didn't get bored. There were no spoons or knives, so I could only cook simple meals. When I called, they responded quickly, and although the furniture was used, it was well-maintained. The bed rustled as if it had a waterproof sheet on the inside, so it wasn't comfortable. My child was very uncomfortable, so I slept on the blanket. The disappointing thing was that the view was very different from the picture. It was my first trip to Busan, and I was staying for 4 nights, so I chose the view carefully, but since it was a low-rise building, I could see the construction site and the distant ocean from the living room, and the room was almost like a construction site view. I felt like I was fooled by the picture, so I felt uncomfortable every time I looked out the window in the morning, and I couldn't feel the refreshing feeling that I had expected. It was frustrating that I had to stay for 4 nights, not 1 night, and I felt discriminated against because I thought they gave me a low-rise building because I was traveling with a child.
