Very very satisfied. Clean and tidy. Even a little bit luxurious. There is a free Turkish bath and spa (charged) on the basement floor. It is my favorite hotel in the entire Turkish bath. Turn right and take bus No. 96 to reach Bursa bus terminal. Turn left and take small bus No. 1c to reach the Grand Mosque and Grand Bazaar. The hotel is elegant and comfortable, and the price is not expensive.

This was one of the hotels we stayed in on our group tour of Turkey's historic sites. This was a good quality hotel all round. Our group evening set meal was excellent and the breakfast selection was good. The rooms were large and well equiped.

Kind and helpful staff but time and excessive usage took its toll at this hotel. Bathroom and the room was mouldy, stains are visible at the edges of the bath tub and glasses. The spa space was insufficient, the spa pool was small and not convenient. The breakfast was good. Hospitality overall was very good from the vale park to the house keeping.

A good looking hotel incorporating 2 buildings next to each other The restaurant was located in the other building from our accommodation which meant having to walk outside for breakfast and dinner. Thankfully it wasn’t raining but it’s not ideal. Our room was very nice but we had only hand towel and no cups, coffee/tea supplies or bottled water. I called to reception to get cups and was told they would send them to the room. Nothing arrived before we left for dinner and nothing had been replaced by our return.

Despite all my attention to details I couldn't fault SPA, it is perfectly maintained and squeaky clean all around. We are just a couple that enjoyed hotels Spa offerings, I must insist insist this Spa is worth a visit if you are in for a treat, my appreciation goes to Spa receptionists Ozlam, Damla, Berna and Aysen. Masseuse Kadek and Sugi were exceptionally professional. Thanks all.

I had a great room with stunning views over the city. Dinner was provided in the hotel next door and was great with vegetable soup, a vegetable casserole with rice and quince with clotted cream (favourite dessert so far!!). Loved it. Slept with the curtains open to watch the lights. Just wish we had been able to stay here longer!

Personal ilgisiz, kahvaltı vasat, odalar ve otel bakımsız, havalandırmadan sigara ve başka pis kokular geliyor. Kesinlikle tavsiye etmiyorum!!! Das Personal ist desinteressiert, Frühstück lieblos, kaum Auswahl, die Zimmer, das ganze Hotel ist ungepflegt. Aus der Klimaanlage kommen eklige Gerüche (Zigaretten). Spa Bereich ist klein aber in Ordnung, Personal ist sehr nett und zuvorkommend.

the rooms were very tired, the hotel was very worn out the bathrooms were moldy. service was bad. the breakfast was terrible. i have stayed at this hotel many many times over the past 25 years and this was the worst experience i have ever had here. they are not keeping up at all.

A very nice hotel. The staff is friendly and cordial. Cleanliness is great. It's also good that it's thermal. There is a large dining hall overlooking Bursa. There is a restaurant in the garden that serves mostly Italian food. The view from the rooms is wonderful. A good choice in Bursa.

I have been choosing the same hotel for 3 years. The hotel rooms are clean, the rest food is delicious, although the variety is limited, we are going with the child during the semester, the service to Uludağ is very good, you do not have to go out with a vehicle, the location is central, you can find everything around it comfortably, the price is good.

There are no words to say about the food, it was perfect, both the menu and the taste. But when it comes to the pool, there are baths separated according to gender. We wanted to enter the women's bath, but they did not allow the 5-year-old boy. What harm and disturbing behavior could this innocent 5-year-old child have? Also, the bathhouse was very small. (It was something like a 4m2 pool and there was a bath area in the same section.) If little children are disturbed, I am disturbed and disgusted by seeing their completely naked bodies. Yes, there is a separate pool, but it is said to be 1750 per person per hour. If you are coming without evening entertainment etc., please come by taking these factors into consideration. We couldn't even come and enjoy it with so much enthusiasm. It was an average hotel, I don't have anything to say about the food, I think the cleanliness was average, the staff was the same.

This hotel has been our home in Bursa for two years. The staff is very friendly, the rooms are clean. We stayed with the concept including breakfast. Breakfast ***meat was good. We had dinner at the hotel one night, the food was delicious and very affordable. It is very good that the hotel has a shuttle service to the mountain and of course the Turkish bath and thermal pool. Hotel manager Uğur is very attentive. They take action very quickly in problem solving. We had a very comfortable holiday thanks to them. Ilknur

We stayed on half board basis. Especially dinner and breakfast were excellent. I would like to thank the entire kitchen team and waiters. The rooms were clean. The thermal pool was a little small but clean. Turkish bath and massage fees were expensive. But still, when I come to Bursa again, this hotel will be my choice.
