Convenient location! Free parking garage. Spacious rooms.

The hotel had a lot of outside work going on. The noise wouldn’t stop from 9:00 am onward and was very annoying. You couldn’t even stay in your room and had to get out to avoid the noise. The sauna and hot tub was not even working. Didn’t enjoy much

No pool at this hotel. It is great for couples because of the restaurant and ******. Parking is free and across the street

The location is pretty remote and your either need to take a cab or drive. It eas located ina middle of an indusi area and no supermarket within walking distance. Brrakfast was decent but that is the only place the foid within walking vincinity. The room is fairly basic- clean but starting to age

Lobby services and room cleaning is very good

The location is relatively remote, there are no restaurants or supermarkets around, and there is only a casino where you can try your luck... But the room is comfortable and clean, and the service staff is also very friendly. I will stay here again.

The location is not good because it is not in the center of Burnaby and it is far from downtown, but it is clean and there is a Starbucks in the lobby. Service is neither good nor bad
