Super convenient and in the best location near avenues, the subway, and a bus stop. It's also four blocks from Plaza Serrano and two blocks from Plaza Armenia, both ideal places for lunch/dinner and bars.

Very comfortable and cozy hotel, the only minus is the cleaning, for 3 days they never came and cleaned. The room is very spacious and very cozy. The area is very good Palermo Soho. We liked it

I stayed at Milenia Soho by iPPA in July 2025. As expected, the apartment building has no reception or staff on-site — all communication is handled via WhatsApp. While the responses were mostly prompt and helpful, at the most critical moment the communication stopped completely overnight. I understand that people sleep, but 24/7 support was promised and expected. My apartment was located on the ground floor and had large window-doors facing the inner courtyard. Unfortunately, I discovered that the doors were broken and couldn’t be properly closed, meaning anyone from the courtyard could enter the apartment without difficulty. I might have felt safer if I hadn’t encountered five shady-looking men near the entrance… The apartment looked nothing like the photos - it was cold, uninviting, and clearly in need of cosmetic improvements. Even the doors squeaked loudly with every movement; a bit of oil would go a long way. Overall, I’ve decided to avoid accommodations without a physical reception in the future. This experience felt unsafe, uncomfortable, and disappointing.

Beautiful experience! The building is super modern, the rooms are very well equipped and the location is a 10! A few blocks from bars, restaurants and shops. The attention was spectacular, I highly recommend it! It also has a beautiful SUM, we went to the gym and were able to see the pool on the top floor!

"My wife and I really enjoyed our stay in this beautiful building. The location is very good, close to everything in Palermo but without being in the middle of the noise that bars and restaurants usually cause. We loved the speed with which they arrived to us the access to the building - a QR! - and to the apartment and how they made sure that we were well throughout the stay. A very satisfactory experience, which we will surely repeat in a short time.

The apartments are beautiful, practically new, well decorated, super clean and with an electric kettle! Since I booked they contacted me to provide me with access and were attentive to everything during my stay. The area is beautiful in the heart of Palermo with many options for eating and walking. Very good wifi. I highly recommend it! We will return shortly.
