Stayed here for 4 nights with friends. Room was clean and had everything we needed but very basic. Breakfast was continental help yourself but again very basic. Could be much better if provided fresh fruit instead of tinned fruit. Great location very central all in all we enjoyed out stay and had a great time x

We appreciate so much all the services, András (the owner of the B&B) is so kind! I've never find a stay like that: clean, near to the Liberty Bridge and the Danube, with an amazing view! I feel that I have to thank András and all the staff of the B&B, they did and do a great job everyday❤️

Very nice place at a great location. The quality matches the price, and, most importantly for me, the service was really great - we felt that the owners really cared about us and our stay at their place, offered tips, advice and even extra towels for the infamous Budapest baths ;). Highly recommend to those who are looking for a simple, cosy, clean, friendly and not costly place to stay in Budapest.

Avoid this place. Couldn't stay here even one night because of smell of mold in accommodation. Must have been a water damage in the room. Had to change different hotel. Owner wasn't present when we arrived and woman who took us from airport didn't knew that she was supposed to let us in. Tried to negotiate with owner but he didn't answer phone calls or messages. Made a reclamation to ***********, see if it's any use.

Andras was a very good host and gave good information prior to stay. The location was excellent close the the Budapest market. Continental breakfast was plentiful and a good start to the day. The accommodation is very secure with 2 key coded entries. Good value stay

AVOID‼️.. arrived here following early afternoon of booked date due to unavoidable plane delay..emailed to explain delay…had received half of an email explaining how to access property?!.. someone coming out let us in.. woman at butterfly called owner who stated…❗️ you did not let me know about delay .. I no longer have a contract with you I have sold your room❗️ …bearing in mind we were due to arrive 7pm ish the previous evening..and arrived 11:30am the following day … so 2 women who had just arrived in the country were STRANDED .. with no where to go ❗️ we had paid in full for our room Monday to Thursday… .. no empathy or concern voiced by the owner ..rude and basically blamed us … said he had a “room with nice little tub downtown “if we wanted that we would have booked it!! .. we managed to book into a hotel at extra cost to ourselves .. seems all the manager is concerned about is money .. not once did he ask if we were ok .. no concern .happy to leave 2 women stranded .. . absolutely disgusting ..‼️

AVOID ….. Arrived the day after due to flight delay, was passed a telephone to speak to Andrea, he told us our room had been taken, we no longer had a contract with him. Offered us another place somewhere else. It seems he often cancels on people reading other reviews. Place was very dusty, lots of rubbish in the courtyard. Showed NO empathy, was just rude and aggressive on the phone. We had to find another hotel ourselves. Andrea is a terrible unkind person.

The location is fantastic, right next to the river and close to trams and buses. Good cafes and restaurants nearby too! The information from the hosts beforehand was very helpful and it wasn’t an issue that we arrived later in the evening. We were in room 7 which didn’t have a river view but we were so busy it wasn’t a problem! The room was clean and tidy but our shower did leak a little bit. Nice comfy bed and the air on was a saviour in the heat! Overall it’s a lovely hotel and I’d recommend to anyone wanting somewhere comfortable and simple for a busy trip to Budapest!

Absolutely loved it here! The owner when we landed messaged with a load of super useful information on Budapest, and with all the information about getting into the B&B even though we did struggle at first due to having no data on our phones once we found wi-fi we managed perfectly, amazing views, lovely rooms, and really accommodating for a vegan breakfast! Would deffo recommend 😁

The hotel gellert is shut so I booked to stay as close as possible as I have disabilities I had a problem with Google maps making me think I had booked in he wrong area When I phoned everything was made so simple & I was directed clearly When I arrived everything was explained so clearly Even though I have visited Budapest before I was given loads of handy tips & helped so much I will be going again as soon as possible & staying at the same location

Fantastic location. The staff were lovely and Andras gave great information and tips on the city. The room itself is in need of some TLC. Fittings in the bathroom were loose however it was kept very clean. We were woken on the mornings we slept in by the noise of breakfast being repaired which doesn’t seem to be something that can be avoided. Breakfast was good with a wide variety to chose from. More of an B&B than hotel. Great choice for a short city break and great value! If there was a “good” option in-between average and very good I’d chose that. Better than average but not very good. Would recommend.

Hotel espectacular para visitar Budapest. Muy céntrico, a poco pasos de una estación de metro o tranvía. Es un edificio antiguo y reformado con mucho encanto. Los responsables del hotel fueron encantadores. En todo momento están pendientes de ti y te ayudan con todo lo que te haga falta. Hablan español así que no tienes ningún problema. El desayuno perfecto. En su punto. Ni muy exagerado ni escaso, simplemente perfecto. Por poner un pero, quizá los colchones un poco antiguos. Pero se descansa bien. La habitación era muy amplia y el baño nuevo, reformado y muy amplio. Si volviese a Budapest, doy por seguro que iré a este hotel.

Το κατάλυμα δεν αξίζει για 4 αστέρια αλλά 2,5 παρολαυτα ο ιδιοκτήτης μας κέρδισε 100% γι'αυτό το λόγο και τα 4, το δωμάτιο μας είχε πρόβλημα με υγρασία το αναφέραμε και την επόμενη μέρα μας άλλαξε. Το πρωινό του ήταν τίμιο είχε επιλογές, αρκετά ζεστό το δωμάτιο, και σχετικά κοντά στην πόλη. Tip για οποιοδήποτε πρόβλημα που μπορεί να προκύψει στη διαμονή του , Μην φοβηθηται να το αναφέρεται.
