Very pleasant stay! The staff was very polite and professional. The spa section was realy comfortable, not a lot of people there made it realy relaxing.

From this hotel, It is only a 10-minute walk from the train station connecting Warsaw and Prague, and it is also within walking distance of the city's tourist attractions. It is not far from the central station that connects to Vienna.This hotel is kept luxurious for a five-star hotel, but I couldn't believe that fruits in the breakfast buffet were only apples during my stay.However, this was the only hotel that gave a bottle of champagne as a welcome drink in my travel.

The hotel is far from all public transportation which needs taxi as main tool to visit this city .I will not choose it agajn

Overall, I was satisfied. The breakfast was disappointing. The quality was disappointing. The bread, fruit, yogurt, and other foods were not diverse. In particular, I think that coffee and tea, not only in the Masteri Hotel but also in all regions of Hungary, need to be improved in the future. I think that dessert coffee and tea should have more potential for development. The hot springs are pretty and I want to use them again. It was small, but I recommend it to anyone who wants to take pretty pictures. I recommend going with a couple.

The overall feeling and experience are great, the transportation location is convenient, the breakfast is delicious, the service staff is friendly, and the hotel facilities are great! It is still the first choice to stay in Budapest when visiting again.

It is largely in the shape of the letter ㅁ, and the interior of the hallway catches the eye. The hotel spa is in the middle of the letter ㅁ. You can use the spa unlimitedly between 10:00 and 21:00. The spa has three facilities: a sauna, a steam room, and a jacuzzi, and you can receive shower gowns and towels at the spa counter. Massage services are also provided. You can comfortably receive a massage provided by a professional masseuse. 1. Location Near the Nugathi train station. However, it is a bit of a walk from the train station, so accessibility is average. Considering that there are many homeless people around the train station, it is not a great location. The hotel must be aware of this fact. Considering that the price of a 5-star hotel in other central areas is over 500,000 won, this is reflected in the room price. To get to tourist destinations, it is recommended to take the train through Ngati Station or take the bus number 72 right near the hotel. Bus number 72 is useful for visiting famous tourist destinations such as Szechenyi Baths and St. Stephen's Basilica. 2. Restaurant I recommend going to the restaurant. It is majestic as shown in the photo, and the servers are very friendly. The creative cuisine and wine tasting were attractive.

The hotel is very unique overall, but unfortunately the hot spring pool was under maintenance when we went there and could not be used. The room is spacious and the layout is very unique. You can call the front desk to send toothbrush and toothpaste to the room

It was a renovation of a very old hotel. The corridors and rooftops were decorated. There was a sauna, but the basic facilities such as the sewage could not be changed, so the smell of sewage pipes mixed with the cheap aromatherapy smell of the hotel was very strong when entering the hotel. The room smelled even worse. The only way to ventilate was to open the windows. The carpets and curtains were all worn out. In Budapest, it was not worth the price of more than one thousand per night.

The service is very good. The front desk staff is very friendly and will provide anything you ask for. The room is very comfortable. The bed, quilt and pillow are very soft and comfortable! It was great to sleep in. The bed is also very big. There is a small hot spring and sauna on the first floor, but I didn't go there. However, the environment is very good.
