The entire hotel is old… the photos shown are so new…. the heater in my room cannot be switch off which is quite inconvenient…

No100 bus from airport takes you straight outside hote in c45 mins.. Easy to find. Clean room but no bin. Bath/shower lever broken so unable to have a bath. Fridge working but not cold enough. Bed a bit hard. Toiletries & towel are provided.

Great location to any metro and major attractions; not much amenities, however, that’s not really necessary since you’ll be out and about anyways. Easy and fast check in/out process with 24/7 staff always at the front desk.

Good large room, no breakfast, cold in the room the heating is not working…

Perfect location for travelling to the popular destinations within the city.

Glad to stay their the fourth time

The windows in the room are not soundproof, and the street is too noisy, so I can't have a good rest.

Had a fantastic 4 night stay here. We arrived on the 19th of June and left on 23rd of June. We were welcomed by the staff and they were very pleasant and told where our room was. I think it was 201 it was much larger than we expected very clean and had a nice small fridge, air con, corner bath with a shower above and my favourite IKEA high back chair and twin beds as requested. The room was cleaned every day beds made perfectly and clean towels daily. It was fun watching the cars outside our window(certainly can't drive like that in Wales) it was next to our pick up point for our GETYOURGUIDE trips to Therme and Dracula's castle. The best coffee below our hotel at Cozy Cafe and near Pizza Co. And Luca. If you've been here you will know it's a great place to be for that quick bite to eat with great food. It was easy to access the shops and eateries as you're on the road. Please ignore the negativity. This was the perfect base for our trips. Clean and comfortable. We didn't even spend more than ten mins watching the TV in the room as we enjoyed our trips and walks through the city. This city doesn't sleep. It's amazing. And shows us Brits how.far behind we are with customer service, and technology

As for the positioning, it's ok, it's next to the Grand Hotel, but the service is terrible. The rooms in the pictures are just a few of the renovated ones, which you don't book through apps. When you get there, they give you some ugly rooms, which smell like grease or cigarette smoke, they left the bathroom ventilation on before we arrived, probably to reduce the smell, but it didn't help. Mattresses are stored in the hallway and it looks exactly like an abandoned, sinister hospital basement. In addition to not offering what they presented in the pictures, they didn't even refund our money, because we refused to stay there for 4 days, paying 100% in advance.

Room compliant, however the bathroom is deplorable. The bathtub had not been cleaned, when we turned on the jacuzzi there was a lot of dirt that came out of the nozzles (hairs and other dirt) as well as a very nauseating smell (sewage). In addition the bathtub had a leak and the bathroom floor was soaked. We reported it to reception in the morning and it did not seem to surprise them. We were told yes ok we will take care of it but arrived in the evening we did not notice any change. Very disappointed given the price of the room. I do not recommend

The room is not clear,and it's cold every day because the weather is cold (7 degrees in the morning and 12 in the night)we told to them to open us the air condition because not work and nothing.and in the end we don't exchange money to pay the room when we go the next day after walk and exchange money they locked the room.we have close to stay 3 night and the we 2 because where living .it was all terrible

The position of this hotel is excellent. Close to the Old Center, the Art Museum, the Athenaeum, the Old Center, the Universitate metro station, The staff is very nice, kind, hospitable and helpful from all points of view. The room has facilities such as air conditioning, refrigerator, water heater, tea, coffee, sugar.The only problem is that the rooms no longer look as they are in the pictures,The pictures were probably taken a few years ago, because now they don't look like that anymore in the sense that now everything is a bit outdated.

Attended this hotel after booking due to lovely looking pictures. Was very disappointed on arrival. Firstly, the outside makes the hotel look awful, it’s situated above some shops and has a huge billboard attached to it. Once inside the lift is terrible and was shocked to find you had to manually close the doors. Once inside room found it to be very run down. Headboard was scratched severely and parts were broken, aircon was very outdated and looked dirty, wardrobe didn’t shut properly and a couple of other issues. The main issue though was definitely the bathroom. On *********** no pictures of bathrooms are shown and it is obviously why. They are horrible. They’re so outdated, sink was stained, toilet sloped, shower and bath were horrible with a nasty shower curtain (looked so bad I didn’t even use it). Will say the bathroom looked clean but it was so stained and old I felt dirty using it. One bonus was that sheets were clean which made the stay bearable for one night. But just be aware this hotel now looks nothing like the pictures advertised.

The room is falling apart. The bathroom door is out of its frames. The bathtub is not fixed (it seems like it will see at the slightest bump). Dirty carpets full of dead insects. Towels stained with blood even after cleaning. Spiders and cobwebs decorating the walls of the room. But above all MANY MANY "INSECTS". INSECTS of all kinds! EVERY DAY we found at least 4/5 small live cockroaches in the tub. Ants that fell from the pictures placed above the bed and onto the pillows. Dirty blankets, torn and HOLE-FILLED! Disgusting. Avoid it like the plague! There are better places nearby.
