Staff is friendly and helpful. the hotel doesn't have American electric outlet. They lend me an adapter so that I can charge cellphones.

Distance from the metral station. Poor noise reducing as I can hear sound from other rooms which is terrible.

The location is very good. It takes about 40 minutes to get from the airport train to the subway, and 20 minutes to get to the pee-pee park and then to the bus. The front desk was very enthusiastic, but the room I was given was very awkward for people with large luggage. I had to climb the stairs after getting out of the elevator, but fortunately the staff helped me carry it. The hygiene was good, very clean and the bed was very soft.

The staff was very friendly, but I found it inconvenient that check-in was only possible until 10pm.

The hotel environment is quite comfortable, but the location is a bit far away and it’s not particularly convenient to go anywhere. Then the breakfast is pretty good and the service is OK. Overall, it’s good👌

Quiet and well placed a few meters from the tram, the reception is attentive to their customers.

Correct and well located hotel near the center and the European institutions. The rooms on the ground floor do not have much natural light, but are quite spacious.
