Location is great. The room was basic but it served its purpose and staff were very friendly.

It was really bad and without possibility

I was unable to check in due to illness and cancelled tickets due to flight delays. I attached all the documents in advance, but the hotel did not meet me halfway and did not return the money.

I imagine it would be very hot in the summer and very cold in the winter. Since it was late September, it didn't affect us. The hotel is old, but it was good enough for a good night's sleep.

Room facilities are OK. However, it was so noisy outside every night that I couldn't sleep. The hotel didn't deal with it at all. The service staff even kept lying. First, there was a door in the bedroom that led to the outside, which was particularly dangerous. At first, they insisted that the door was locked, but after much trouble, they refused. The door to the outside was locked! Then the light kept flickering on and off! After the response, they said they would fix it but they never did! The service was so bad. It can be said that there is no service at all

We came back to our room around 2 at night and the keycard to our room was suddenly deactivated so we couldn’t get in to our room at all! No staff at the hotel and or any way to get in contact with them as the phone number just went to the reception. No other 24h service or emergency number! We had to stay in the reception the whole all night and without any sleep. When the receptionist finally came at 9 (check out is at 11.30!) he did not tried to find a solution to fix refund or some compensation, not even apologizing once or any humbleness! We had to tell him to call the manager to give us some kind of refund. He just yelled at us and was not service minded at all! Got told to contact *********** for full refund, or they could refund us 20 Euro and to have the room a couple of hours more. But as we already had tickets to an exhibition and train, we had to check out at the regular check out time with only 1 hour of sleep. We had been awake for 28 hours and our day was ruined.. Super bad service and unacceptable! Also a lot of noise from the construction work outside the hotel.

Room completely dirty, it was not a hotel but a real construction site, FULL OF DUST EVERYWHERE, SUPER DANGEROUS not only because you can get hurt anywhere in the hotel but also because it is full of parasites caused by dust, DO NOT GO THERE I WAS BITE BY INSECTS, in the morning we even risked falling to leave the hotel because there were people who were installing flooring and telling us where to put our feet. Receptionist pretending to be dumb in slippers pretends not to understand anything. IN SLIPPERS. NO COMMENT TO REPORT TO CLOSURE. I forgot broken beds dirty sheets with stains and hair not to mention the bathroom. All obscene

Received like a princess. For an unbeatable price in the area, an art deco hotel, a very warm welcome, a complete apartment on the ground floor, pure bliss. The reception is in 3 languages ​​and, if there is no breakfast, you will be given a map and a place to eat from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m.
