I imagine it would be very hot in the summer and very cold in the winter.
Since it was late September, it didn't affect us.

Room facilities are OK. However, it was so noisy outside every night that I couldn't sleep. The hotel didn't deal with it at all. The service staff even kept lying. First, there was a door in the bedroom that led to the outside, which was particularly dangerous. At first, they insisted that the door was locked, but after much trouble, they refused. The door to the outside was locked! Then the light kept flickering on and off! After the response, they said they would fix it but they never did! The service was so bad. It can be said that there is no service at all

We came back to our room around 2 at night and the keycard to our room was suddenly deactivated so we couldn’t get in to our room at all! No staff at the hotel and or any way to get in contact with them as the phone number just went to the reception. No other 24h service or emergency number! We had to stay in the reception the whole all night and without any sleep. When the receptionist finally came at 9 (check out is at 11.30!) he did not tried to find a solution to fix refund or some compensation, not even apologizing once or any humbleness! We had to tell him to call the manager to give us some kind of refund. He just yelled at us and was not service minded at all! Got told to contact *********** for full refund, or they could refund us 20 Euro and to have the room a couple of hours more. But as we already had tickets to an exhibition and train, we had to check out at the regular check out time with only 1 hour of sleep. We had been awake for 28 hours and our day was ruined.. Super bad service and unacceptable! Also a lot of noise from the construction work outside the hotel.

We booked a double room, but instead they gave us a room with 4 single beds where the slats were falling, they were very dirty, dirt everywhere. Don't go there, the owner is not welcoming at all.

Alors, pour débuter notre avis sur l’hôtel. C’est un hôtel qui est décrit comme polyglotte ce qui n’est absolument pas le cas. Dans l’ordre des choses, l’odeur dans l’escalier commun est nauséabonde. L’hygiène est plus qu’inquiétante, nos draps étaient tachés de je ne sais quoi et ne parlons pas des traces d’humidité sur les murs. La salle de bain est plutôt « fonctionnelle » si l’eau de la douche pouvait être réglable ça serait encore mieux. En revanche, comme dit dans les précédents commentaires, très bonne géolocalisation ce qui lui donne un avantage non négligeable.

Reçue comme une princesse. Pour un prix défiant toute concurrence dans le quartier, un hôtel art déco, un très bon accueil, un appartement complet au rez-de-chaussée, que du bonheur. L'accueil se fait en 3 langues et, s'il n'y a pas de petit déjeuner, on vous donnera un plan et un endroit où manger de 8h a 19h

Une honte de proposer une chambre pareille,sans compter les odeurs dans la montée d'escalier et la salle de bain. Nous avons dû prendre une chambre dans un autre hôtel (ibis) en urgence. Nous avons pas accepté la chambre.
