This hotel is in a great location right behind the belfry tower so it’s close to everything. I arrived at the hotel very early so I left my bags and went out exploring. I came back just after 3pm and they said room is still not ready, but one staff intervened and I was then upgraded to a slightly larger room that was ready. That same staff member at reception was extremely helpful with directing me to Wasbar in the market square where you can wash and dry your clothes for very cheap compared to the hotel service which is so expensive. This was after I told her the hotel service was too expensive she offered alternatives and I am grateful for that.

Great location and breakfast. Stardust helpful, room nice, quiet and clean.

Really central and convenient location yet we still found it generally quiet and peaceful. The Belfort bells first rang (I think) from 8am in the morn and we did hear those. But they add to the atmosphere. Very tidy and clean room/bathroom. Quite small hanging space and shelves, no drawers. Fine for a few days stay. Altogether compact but feels very modern and had everything we needed. Impressed for the price and had a lovely stay! Luggage storage a useful feature as well behind reception, but bags are not tagged so it's self service/at your own risk.

Nice hotel, close to parking places. Right at the city center.

We were shocked to find broken glasses and unclean room in the morning. A very sub par service for a hotel whose main service is to provide a clean and safe resting place.

Lovely hotel, but very busy (first week in august). Corridors and lifts a little tired looking, but rooms themselves are clean and quiet. Great front desk staff - they were very busy when i was here, but always helpful

The room was nice and clean. The location of the hotel is very near the main market square and walking distance to many of the sights. Highly recommended!

Good hotel location wise but poor understanding of what customer needs

The concierge staff is very nice and friendly. The room is clean and the bed is comfortable. The stay was good overall. However, the cleaning lady entered my room twice in the morning although I was scheduled to check out on that day. While I had no doubt that she was only trying to do the cleaning without ulterior intentions, it did raise my alarm on the safety protocols of the hotel. Cleaning staff should not follow a policy of “ask for forgiveness rather than approval” when it comes to entering guest rooms. Also the luggage storage was self-help and open to public meaning that anyone could take any luggage without no question asked. It might be safer if a tag could be provided for the stores luggage.

Martin’s Brugge hotel has unbeatable location right behind the belfort in the middle of town, we had a double room with a shower which was super clean and spacious, the bathroom was spotless, the hotel is in very good conditions in overall, I cannot fault it. People at reception desk were very helpful to store our luggage before check in time. I’d stay here again when visiting Brugge!
