Very nice location and the hotel is amazing! Staff were very helpful! Not enough amenities in the room.

A very Cosy hotel right in the old city centre. Staff members are so nice to put chocolate bars in my allocated room as birthday gift as I check in on my bday. Beware there are rooms with wooden logs that may not be acceptable by some tourists. Some rooms are on G/F or underground floors which you may need some psychological preparation. In a word, a very good hotel with professional staff and excellent location to go everywhere

It’s definitely close to everything and easily reachable to restaurants, fashion shops and chocolate places. Staff are nice and helpful.

Good location and convenient to access attractions on foot. Bathtub screen of my room is a bit old and loose. Water was running out from shower. This also causes a safety issue. Bruges is a very pretty city full of rich history and architecture design. It is worth to stay a night to explore this city.

It is in an excellent location. Very Good breakfast. There was also a gluten-free option.

This hotel is in a great location right behind the belfry tower so it’s close to everything. I arrived at the hotel very early so I left my bags and went out exploring. I came back just after 3pm and they said room is still not ready, but one staff intervened and I was then upgraded to a slightly larger room that was ready. That same staff member at reception was extremely helpful with directing me to Wasbar in the market square where you can wash and dry your clothes for very cheap compared to the hotel service which is so expensive. This was after I told her the hotel service was too expensive she offered alternatives and I am grateful for that.

They gave us a room at the attic with additional staircase which was not very convenient giving we had a couple of suitcases. Breakfast is limited.

Convenient location. Although it can’t close the window tightly, it’s still warm enough (but you will hear the noise outside).

Nice location for visiting Brugge. The staffs are very nice.

Prefect location to explore Brugge - lovely sized and clean rooms - no frills but smart. Breakfast was superb selection and quality. I would not hesitate to stay again!
