The waiter was very nice, the room was small, the location was very good, very close to the University of Bristol, and the warm thing was that you could see fruits on the table as soon as you entered the room. Be sure to book in advance, the price is different every day, and the price fluctuates greatly when school starts in September.

The front desk clerk who received the check-in was very enthusiastic. The room was cold after check-in. I called the front desk and arranged for a blanket to be delivered. The service was good. There are small snacks in the room, which is not bad.

There was a moth in the room, but easy to get around.

The facilities and environment are quaint, and the service attitude of the staff is good
