Spacious room and comfortable stay for my family. The breakfast is good with multiple choices. One special thing is there is a Coway water station at every hotel floor for water refill. There are different games like pool and console game at hotel lobby as well. Free indoor car park is provided.

Big room space with enough lights. Balcony enjoy cool fresh air and mountain views. Staffs are friendly and politely. will come to stay here in the near future.

I was looking forward to this trip... When I opened the room... I saw it was dirty... The bedsheets were dirty... There was a lot of dust... Everything was broken... What was worse was that the boiler kept having problems... In short, I was a little down for this trip because of the accommodation

The room is nice and spacious and clean. But the toilet is very old and dirty and moldy on some areas. Need to renovate the toilet. The breakfast buffet is value for money.

Hotel receptionist staff are very helpful and nice.But the hotel Ala cart breakfast service damn slow. Been waiting for more than 45mins, don’t even serve a drinks for me

I recently stayed at Copthorne Cameron Highlands for a short getaway. The location is great—right at Kea Farm, so it’s easy to visit nearby markets and attractions. The cool highland air is a nice bonus. The rooms were spacious but felt a bit dated and could use some refurbishment. My bed was comfortable enough, but the carpets and furniture looked worn. The bathroom was functional, though not particularly modern. Parking was convenient, though it can get crowded and super jam on weekends. Overall, it’s an average stay—good for the location and price if you don’t mind older facilities. A decent choice if you’re not too fussy, but there’s room for improvement in maintenance and service.

Location nearby kea farm. Just walk about 5min. Room is clean and well refurbished. Just the bath tub water stopper still not change cuz water still flow out. Pillow not enough. Please extend pool close time until 7p.m.

Service good. Facilities good. Room very clean. Nice view. Walking distance to Kea Farm. Breakfast also nice. Many food restaurant nearby (walking distance). Recommended.

Location is good as it’s just walking distance to Kea Farm. Hotel is old and watermark can be seen obviously on any part of the ceilings. Some ceilings were being open up nearby the pick up area. Breakfast doesn’t taste good. Suggest the hotel to renovate and also to improve its food.

The apartment only goes up to the 2nd floor. It's rather old. The sofa looked dirty—didn’t feel comfortable lying down on it, felt a bit gross. I forgot to take pictures. If it were well maintained, it would actually be nice. There’s a corridor where you can relax and enjoy the breeze, but it feels a bit creepy. It’s an old apartment. The bedsheets had an old smell. The bed was big, but it made spring noises whenever you moved. It was hard to sleep well. Felt like something out of a horror movie. The bathroom was also old—not very clean. The fridge was broken. The lights were very dim. Overall, I don't recommend these apartments. The hotel rooms might be okay though. Breakfast so so je. X banyak pilihan.

We hv booked Executive Suite room and the room was surprisingly spacious! the toilet is separated with shower and of course there is bathtub that my kids loveee it too much. free parking and the location of the hotel is excellent whereby it is only walking distance to Kea Farm and 10-15 mins driving to Boh Tea Sg Palas. But i do hope hotel will upgrade by provide some free snacks or drinks cause i was expecting it for a 4-star hotel especially for suite. checkin and checkout process was smooth, but i think that the rooms are not soundproof.

Dated. Very close to KEA Farm. Too chaotic. Please avoid staying in Brinchang, terrible traffic jam. I wont come again. Reception : Good and fast. Courteous front desks. Hotel: Pretty facade but as soon as you walk through their corridors, dampness and musty smell of poor ventilation linger in the air. Breakfast is pathetic. On 31.5.2025 I told a staff(pancake station) to remove the rancid rotten(basi) nasi lemak from the buffet table. The salad station is sad.. cheap low quality vegetables, some have wilted. Aren’t they supposedly surrounded by fresh good vegetables? The BBQ feast is another laughing stock… tiny slices and pieces of lamb, chicken and sausages only. The coffee house and cafes are forgettable. Don’t waste your time and money dining or have a cuppa there, just take a few minutes walk out and you’ll see some regular eateries with the same quality,only cheaper. 18C Celsius Cafe server is rude and not very bright. Cashier is courteous though.

staycation 3d2n. very satisfied with the hotel.clean and tidy and services. location is nearby with attractive place. for the parking, 1st come 1st serve. but still can park at hotel and nearby the hotel. unfortunately, pool is not suitable for my kid. overall, very satisfied for this hotel. will go again in the future.

The rooms are spacious..towels and linens all clean..we stayed for 3 nights..1st night we stayed at room 1129..room are dark..few lights cannot use..toilet is horrible..sink and bathtub all clogged..we changed to room 1329..not as dark as 1129..for the toilet, only bathtub is clogged..sink was ok..other problem, there were so many ants..please do some pest control..besides that, breakfast was ok..but nothings spicy..we ordered some food at 18c cafe, at first okay..second time ordered, everythings dry..especially the chicken wing..above all that, the location are really2 good..we just walked to Kea farms..no need to bring car..i will repeat this stays next time..hopefully there will be some improvement..
