We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel, spacious rooms, very comfortable, lots of amenities giving us everything we needed. The room had a very pleasant ambience due to the creative and thoughtful decor.

Beautiful hotel, well positioned. The breakfast was kinda underwhelming though, didn't really look like the pictures.

Nice hotel, griendly staff, very hood location. Easy distance from station. Not far from Atomic dome and peacepark.

Great hotel! It’s a last minute booking and we are glad that we booked it here. Staff are friendly. The room is clean and quiet. Nearby the tram station and actually malls are in walking distance (15 min).

I stayed for one night with my family. Location and cleanliness was extremely good. I would love to stay again in this hotel!

Very good

It is quite close to the commercial area and there are convenience stores around. The service is OK, but please note that the so-called double room is actually just a big bed. There is a razor, and you have to check out at 10 am. You will be charged for overtime. For Hiroshima, it is OK!

The most inconvenient thing was that there weren't many electrical outlets in the room. Other than that, everything was great. There's a delicious okonomiyaki restaurant in front of the accommodation. Go there.

A good hotel to stay in for a few days. It is located in front of the river, but we did not find the area behind the hotel suitable for children. The staff is very friendly and attentive, always willing to help. The room is larger than many other hotels, with space for suitcases, and has air conditioning through the ventilation duct. The air conditioning is well positioned; it does not blow air directly onto the beds, so it is difficult to catch a cold. The buffet breakfast is very good; varied food for Westerners and Asians. There is orange juice, miso soup, sausages, bacon, scrambled egg omelette, sweets... and many other typical Japanese dishes.

Not all staff speak English well, but all problems were resolved very quickly. A triple room is a room for 2 with an extra bed, the third bed is adjacent to a table with a TV and a refrigerator, which is quite difficult to open because of this. Also, the number of sockets and switches by the bed is designed for 2 guests, and due to the extra bed they are shifted and located above or behind the pillow. On the ground floor there are QR codes with information about the area (attractions, shops, restaurants). There is a good Chinese restaurant very close to the hotel.

I stayed here with a friend for 2 nights and 3 days. It was comfortable and very enjoyable.
