Very friendly staff, hotel is great, although a bit older. Location great for train travelers, breakfast delicious, sauna/swimming pool used and found to be good. My wife is thinking about booking a stay there with her ”women's squad”, so that can only be recommended. I would love to book there again!

The service is laid back. If there isn't anyone manning the desk, they are probably out front smoking. The location is literally right next to the train station, so if you don't want to roll that bag far. It could not be better. Because it is right in the middle of the transit hub, out front is a popular homeless hangout, but they seem pretty harmless at the moment. The breakfast is well put together.

Was up in NY for graduation ceremony with our family and had the double suite with a separate living room and kitchenette. Very helpful and pleasant staff, excellent neighborhood with lots of great restaurants. And washer /dryer available is a big plus

Hotel is nicely renovated. The lobby and restaurants looked impressive. Breakfast had enough selection and was nice. Towels and bedding were new.
However, the bathroom was extremely small and quite difficult to get in the shower due to the positioning of the door. Water bottle was not refilled so maybe it’s only one bottle per stay.
Overall good for our needs.

I think it’s a really unique hotel and the room was clean and big. I booked for 3 pax but the room was prepared for only 2 pax. Arrived late and there were no reception (as per mentioned). A lot of small steps/stairs, families with a lot or big luggages are advised against staying. For smaller size travellers, and able bodied, this is a good hotel. Breakfast selection ia also great.

Very good location, very convenient
Breakfast is a typical German breakfast, except for coffee and tea.
There is no Uber in Bremen, Taxi is really expensive. It takes 22 euros to take a taxi to the airport. It is only 4,5 kilometers.

The laundry cost 5 euros, which is fine but I was disappointed that when I was told I could get the laundry at five pm, when I arrive at the laundry room it wasn’t ready.
The location is about five minutes walk from the central train station.
If you arrive very late at night, I recommend staying highly vigilant.
Better have company if you really need to go out at night.
The staff is very friendly.
But there’s a sign in from of the hotel that says don’t bring any firearms or knife there. Wonder what happened before the sign was erected.
The room that was assigned to me didn’t face a highway, and I was able to use the microwave and the fridge in the hotel
It’s about 5 minutes walk to the museum and about 15-20 mins walk to downtown center. A very good location for business people.

ZZ MustThe location is very close to the airport. Had to booking a room here because of the strike in Hamburg. I would recommend this hotel. The only thing that I don't like is that its very loud (you can hear the footsteps from the peoole who stay above you). But overall I had a good stay

TThomas SuzhouThe hotel is conviently located very close to the central train station. In the pedestrian walk way of the train station take the exit ”Bürgerweide/Congress-Centrum” and turn right. The entrance to the hotel is less than 100 m from the exit of the train station. The reception staff is friendly, my room was clean and nicely furnished. The hotel does provide room service only every 3rd day of your stay. While I do not need a new towel every day, I felt annoyed by the lack of daily service to make up the room, as I certainly expect this daily service from a hotel of this price category. I felt even more annoyed by the fact that this lack of service comes along with ridiculous mission statements ”be part of the future” (see picture). I am not interested in being part of a travel future, where maximizing profit through reducing service is the vision of the brand management.
My conclusion, if you stay one night, I can recommend the hotel, if you stay more then one night consider to chose a brand that still provides room services.

OOguzAIt’s a very nice hotel located right in the center. The breakfast is quite standard, so I can’t say it’s excellent. Unfortunately, parking can be a bit problematic. However, the rooms are spacious, clean, and newly designed, which is very nice. Overall, we were very satisfied, and I would consider staying here again.

GGuest UserReally good place to stay, the small kitchen was really useful. Staff were excellent and the place is clean. Breakfast was also very good. Close to all amenities and the train station. Nearby shops and restaurants, walking distance to the old city and sightseeing. We would definitely recommend it and stay again.

CCaikaiwenplusI was on a business trip to Bremen. It's near Bremen Airport. It's a 10-minute walk from the airport gate. Turn left on Hanna Street after seeing McDonald's. It's very clean and comfortable, but you know that European hotels don't provide toothbrushes, toothpaste and slippers. Towels, shampoo and shower gel are available. Breakfast starts at 4 o'clock. It's good.

AAnonymous UserThis hotel was very good for the price we paid. Clean room, good location right by the train station and a major tram stop. Transfer from the airport was extremely easy and took only 25 minutes.
If you are visiting Bremen on a budget for a brief stay this is a very well located and clean choice.
I would stay here again if I were visiting Bremen for a weekend

GGuest UserCheckin in past midnight was no problem and the receptionist was as kind and polite as I assumed they would be during day.
Room was small, but clean and well-design.
Only downside, no free water bottles. Though in Germany you can drink the tap water.
