GGuest UserThe room itself was very nice, and the bed was quite large and comfortable.
However!! The nearest bus stop from the airport (take bus 300) is a long walk from the hotel, involving crossing a traffic light, and it's very windy and cold during that stretch of road. Plus, the shuttle bus costs extra…
It's also inconvenient to get to the city center from here; firstly, it's far, and secondly, this area isn't included in the GVB day pass. It's located in the suburbs, and public transportation is relatively expensive.
Perhaps more suitable for business travelers…

Uuser155The room was very clean and well maintained. Basic amenities such as soap, lotion, and towels were provided, but there was no toothbrush, so do remember to bring your own. The room itself is small, and there is no daily housekeeping, so please take note of that before booking.
The location is convenient, just a few bus stops from Schiphol Airport, which made getting around easy. Overall, I am satisfied with the stay, especially considering the price paid and what was provided.

SSamAppiMy husband and I were pleased to return each evening from all our busy day trips to this peaceful and quiet retreat. It seemed relatively new built. A free shuttle brings you from the airport on arrival. We booked uber for our return trip to the airport as the shuttle does not start until 5 am but we had to be at the airport by 4am and had a large suitcase as well. The hotel is only 5 minutes walk to the local train/bus station where we could make our daily excursions from each morning. There is a good network of transport so we had no problems going anywhere. A direct bus takes you to Keukenhof park from the bus station.
The rooms are cleaned on request when asked the day before. The staff was mostly helpful and friendly. However, any requests made took time to be heard and considered. I needed to request an extra pillow (otherwise it is only one pillow per person). Despite frequent reminders, there was no success I had to keep using towels or my clothes to raise my head but kept asking and perseverance paid off finally on the third night!!!
The breakfast had a lot of vegetarian options (but not halal). I particularly liked their dispensers for fruit jams and condiments etc.
The bar is open until 10 pm serving drinks.
The hotel was very popular with big groups of tourists as it offers good value for money compared to the very expensive hotels near the central stations. The only drawback is that there is no activity in the Hoofddorp area itself.
Overall it was good value for money and a pleasant stay.

GGuest UserIt's close to the airport, I was able to check in online myself. The front desk receptionist was kind and friendly. The room was nice, it has all the necessary amenities such as a mini fridge, coffee and tea maker. It has a decent sized tv (not that we used it, but still). The shower was nice, the pillows and bed are heaven!
The rooms are soundproof. We are definitely going back again.

ZZBFVDSHotel Twenty-Three is located in a really great spot. The atmosphere is pleasant, the rooms are clean, and the beds are fine. However, there were also some downsides we experienced. For the second time, we tried to reserve a room with a bathtub (we made a special request), and upon arrival, we were told (just like during our first stay...) that it wasn't possible. This was a disappointment! Unfortunately, we had a lot of noise disturbance (we were on the first floor and could literally hear what people above us were saying), which made it difficult to rest properly. Another area for improvement is the lighting. It was too dark in the bathroom, and there wasn't enough ambient lighting in the room itself.

I had a wonderful time at NH Amsterdam Schiphol. The shuttle service from the airport was easy and efficient. I loved that I could bring my cat — very pet-friendly! The room was clean, staff were friendly, and I really enjoyed the pool and sauna. I’ll definitely return with my family!

JJINKY LABRADOR CLORESNear the Schiphol airport. Just 1 train stop away. Staff are kind and efficient. We were able to check in early for only 10 euros. Breakfast is delicious. The room is big enough with a kettle, cups, glasses, coffee, and tea. There's an iron, an ironing board, and a hair dryer. You can also leave your suitcases safely. Parking is free too. We had great stays and will for sure stay again in the future. Thank you.

The staff was patient and meticulous throughout the whole process, and they responded to my needs quickly. The room was clean and tidy, and the bedding was soft and skin-friendly. Lying on it instantly dispelled my fatigue and I slept through the night. The facilities were also very complete and intelligent, and the quality was reflected in the details. The surrounding transportation was convenient and the supporting facilities were complete, which was very convenient for both leisure and work. The overall atmosphere was comfortable and cozy, and both the hardware and software were impeccable. It was definitely a high-quality choice for travel and accommodation, and it was highly recommended!

KKelvin Wi enjoyed staying here - it was a bit complicated getting here by bus as there are works going on at the schiphol bus terminal - so you will need to logic your way to the right bus stop (google maps does not factor this in, so you will need to find temporary maps from schiphol along the bus stops).
when you get to the hotel it is not obvious to view from the bus station either, so again you will need to figure out how to head to the moxy, but the hotel itself from the inside is very modern and fresh looking, everything is clean, the rooms feel very up to date and the bathrooms look bright and newly fitted which is always much preferred to old and worn. there is a lot of space to sit, read, and plan your trip on the ground floor with multiple sofas and desks. once you figure out the bus it is very easy to head back to schiphol airport or to town center from the hotel.
the only thing is there is no tea or coffee station in-room, nor water, so everytime you want to boil water for tea or coffee, or even grab a drinking cup, you would have to go to the lobby and sometimes that isn’t practical as that’s also where other hotel guests are and the staff are stationed, and you just want some privacy. maybe they could put water bottles in room daily? or a water kettle?
it’s a great hotel for if you are travelling into amsterdam for a short trip and have tight schedules to the airport, such as late night or early morning flights, and you are a younger solo traveller, who wants the privacy of their own room which is a step up from a nice hostel, and doesn’t mind figuring things out a bit as part of the journey
