Nice hotel with an amazing breakfast. Unfortunately, the wellness area was dirty and unsupervised. Other guests were playing loud music in the sauna and pool area, and people were even taking photos in the sauna! The large sauna was also out of order. Wellness simply can't happen here! We stayed for 2 nights. Despite the sign on the door, our room was not cleaned! A definite no-go for this price range!

We stayed in this hotel for one night before going to Schiphol airport. Overall, a pleasant stay! Hoofdoorp is vibrant town in the evening and we found lots of places to shop and eat nearby. The AC was working on and off.

This stay was great! From the moment I stepped into the hotel, the warm and thoughtful service made me feel warm. The staff was patient and meticulous throughout the whole process, and they responded to my needs quickly. The room was clean and tidy, and the bedding was soft and skin-friendly. Lying on it instantly dispelled my fatigue and I slept through the night. The facilities were also very complete and intelligent, and the quality was reflected in the details. The surrounding transportation was convenient and the supporting facilities were complete, which was very convenient for both leisure and work. The overall atmosphere was comfortable and cozy, and both the hardware and software were impeccable. It was definitely a high-quality choice for travel and accommodation, and it was highly recommended!

Trip.com is ridiculous! It said this hotel offers free shuttle service, but after I checked in, the hotel charged me 10 euros for the airport transfer! Trip.com, what's your explanation for this?! For over a thousand RMB, the bed is only 0.9 meters wide! The teacup had coffee stains, clearly unwashed!

It feels very ”family-friendly” and is surrounded by nature, making it a peaceful retreat. However, keep in mind its location if you plan on visiting the city center frequently. Location & Transport 🚌 Proximity: Conveniently located about 10 minutes from the airport. Shuttle: The hotel provides a scheduled shuttle bus to and from the airport with frequent departures. City Access: There is no direct transport to the city center. To get downtown, you must take the shuttle back to the airport and transfer to a train/bus, call a taxi, or take a local bus to a transit point. It can feel a bit isolated if you don't have a car. Parking 🚗 There is ample parking space available, but please note that it costs approximately €20 per day. Room Quality 🛌 The Good: The rooms are spacious, clean, and well-maintained. Overall, the room quality is very satisfying. The Amenities: A bit minimal. They provide the basics (soap, shampoo, and lotion), but no shower caps or other extra vanity kits. You might want to bring your own. Service & Facilities 🍳 Staff: The front desk team is professional and helpful. Breakfast: A highlight! The breakfast spread is good, and the staff are very attentive—constantly clearing plates and keeping the tables clean. i enjoyed staying here - it was a bit complicated getting here by bus as there are works going on at the schiphol bus terminal - so you will need to logic your way to the right bus stop (google maps does not factor this in, so you will need to find temporary maps from schiphol along the bus stops). when you get to the hotel it is not obvious to view from the bus station either, so again you will need to figure out how to head to the moxy, but the hotel itself from the inside is very modern and fresh looking, everything is clean, the rooms feel very up to date and the bathrooms look bright and newly fitted which is always much preferred to old and worn. there is a lot of space to sit, read, and plan your trip on the ground floor with multiple sofas and desks. once you figure out the bus it is very easy to head back to schiphol airport or to town center from the hotel. the only thing is there is no tea or coffee station in-room, nor water, so everytime you want to boil water for tea or coffee, or even grab a drinking cup, you would have to go to the lobby and sometimes that isn’t practical as that’s also where other hotel guests are and the staff are stationed, and you just want some privacy. maybe they could put water bottles in room daily? or a water kettle? it’s a great hotel for if you are travelling into amsterdam for a short trip and have tight schedules to the airport, such as late night or early morning flights, and you are a younger solo traveller, who wants the privacy of their own room which is a step up from a nice hostel, and doesn’t mind figuring things out a bit as part of the journey

Near the Schiphol airport. Just 1 train stop away. Staff are kind and efficient. We were able to check in early for only 10 euros. Breakfast is delicious. The room is big enough with a kettle, cups, glasses, coffee, and tea. There's an iron, an ironing board, and a hair dryer. You can also leave your suitcases safely. Parking is free too. We had great stays and will for sure stay again in the future. Thank you.

Not far from the airport, about a 15-minute drive. I asked Ctrip to inquire twice if the hotel had a shuttle service, and both times the answer was no. On the third inquiry, they said they did. The service was quite unprofessional. It's newly renovated, with a decor style similar to Atour hotels in China. Housekeeping is almost non-existent; the 'make up room' light was on every day, but cleaning never happened. I had to manually call someone to clean the room. Breakfast was very mediocre, with hardly anything good to eat, and the fruit wasn't fresh. I recommend staying at the Radisson Blu instead; there's a huge difference. The hotel is located in an industrial park, or at least a business park, where companies like Bayer, Omron, and Abbott have offices. Overall, it's very average. I don't recommend staying here; the Radisson Blu is much better.

Good hotel, convenient location for those who need to stay for one night. The room is small, but cozy and clean. All necessary amenities are there, comfortable bed. The room is very quiet, despite the fact that the airport is nearby. You can have a good rest after the road. I recommend it.

The hotel staff was very welcoming. They arrived early and let us check in early even though we were very tired. The room was also quite clean. But the transportation is not very convenient, it is very remote, and it takes 12 minutes to walk to the nearest station.
