It's basically a honeymoon / baby hotel. Many young couples and families with children under 10. Very calm and peaceful.
Clean, nice, heated pool.
Breakfast could be better, we opted out, but it's still convenient.
The sauna is absolutely wonderful, I really healed my body and soul there.
As for the room type, the last year we stayed in a standard view room. You have to know that there is NO view. It was a ground floor room with all the consequences. We didn't use the balcony at all. This year we chose garden view but got upgraded to a poolside view.
The poolside view honestly made the stay. Choose poolside or at least garden view if you can. Try to stay away from standard view.
There's also this hill suite building, we'll probably try and book a room there next year but we couldn't quite figure out how to use the spa. It wasn't clear if the building has its own spa or some overpass or underpass, or you'd have to walk across the road to the main building.
The beach is 5 minutes away by car and around 30 on foot. There's surfing lessons and surf rentals there, you can rent a chair, an umbrella, a sunbed and a tube.
Also, if you're thinking Lotte because of the closeness to the beach, note that the pedestrian walk to the beach is awful from there. It's 5-10 minutes of stairs.

AAnonymous UserThe hotel has a modern, trendy aesthetic, making it very photogenic. Our ocean-facing room was a bit small and dated; there wasn't enough space to fully open two suitcases simultaneously. The hotel pool is free before 11 AM; after that, reservations are required, with two time slots available. It's best to avoid weekends as it gets very crowded with local visitors. The front desk offers Chinese-speaking staff. Room service is managed via a self-service QR code system, which is quite convenient and hands-off. There's a convenience store to the left of the hotel, convenient for picking up breakfast. Jungmun Beach is within walking distance, though its sand quality isn't as fine as Woljeongri's, and there are hardly any shells. Both the Teddy Bear Museum and BHC Fried Chicken are conveniently within walking distance from the hotel. Directions to the pool are a bit unclear. For nearly 2500, the value for money feels a bit low. The ”most beautiful Starbucks” (Starbucks The Wave) is also nearby.

NNov13The hotel boasts an excellent location, right next to a popular fried chicken spot where there's usually no wait! It also features a convenience store where you can pick out and cook your own instant noodles, offering a unique chance to experience the local instant noodle culture. Three hotels are interconnected, with an outlet mall downstairs offering a wide range of outdoor leisure and golf apparel brands – a definite plus for golf enthusiasts. Below ground, there's a casino, and outside, you'll find two theme parks: a water park and a Larva-themed amusement park. A heads-up for the water park: bring your own towels and water shoes, otherwise you'll have to buy them there. They don't accept Alipay or WeChat, so make sure to bring a credit card. Even life vests are only available for rent. It feels like money is being spent at every turn – quite the commercialized setup! However, seeing the kids happy made it all worthwhile!

GGuest UserI booked a standard single room. It felt like the room was a little small, but it was spacious enough to stay for one person. There was everything you needed. I went to Jeju just for a walk, ‘Olle Tracking’. The reason I chose this hotel is because this place was within walking distance of Olle 1, 2, and 3 courses. The other thing is that they had very different kinds of stores, so you didn’t need to go outside for food. This time I finished only the 2nd course, but the wind and bad weather made it hard for me to finish. But even though it was hard for me, I was happy with it. Next time I’m trying to decide to finish 1 and 3 courses, I wish it was good weather at that time.

GGuest UserSufficient parking at the basement. Room is very spacious. Downside is that toilet has no bidet, and the shower stall is not well sealed so the toilet floor gets quite wet and slippery after showers. Kettle not provided in the room but you can request for one from the front desk if needed. Else, convenience store at the lobby closes at 11.30pm. They also provide a list of recommended restaurants nearby. Kbbq opposite the hotel was nice too.

HHagga03The room and the property are very nice, the location is ok for some attractions, although a little far from most of the bars and restaurants. The service at this hotel is bizarre. They are incredibly strict about the check in and check out time, and quite rude, they welcome you with a very passive aggressive rules document which threatens several ways you can be fined or kicked out of the hotel, the bar/restaurant was closed 'forever' I was told, the elevator and corridors constantly have a smell like someone has farted in them. The breakfast food is poor, unseasoned and flavourless, even the butter is unsalted, poor selection, you have to compete with the staff for the best bits of the food as they eat in the restaurant at the same time and don't restock items, although they claim to do breakfast until 10 with last entry at 930, they tidy up around you at like 915 without asking if you're finished, and seem to expect you to clear your own table. If you put do not disturb in the morning they don't come clean later but just leave a carrier bag of towels outside, if you use they glassware in the room they don't clean it at all or replace it. Overall a very strange experience, maybe it's a cultural thing but from a western perspective this hotel has some of the worst service I've ever experienced, and I found it quite unwelcoming. For the money you'd be better off booking something from an American chain or similar.

KKseniya R.Even though the room was spacious and overall the location was convenient for daily trips, the service leaves to desire more. We would appreciate a bit more if the front desk staff didn't just reply with ”I don't know” to our questions. I understand there might be a language barrier and we tried our best to use Korean or Google translate to simplify the communication, but we received very involved service. Hotel doesn't provide any shower towels, only face ones, so make sure you bring your own. There is also no additional items available on request (e.g. we booked for 5 people, but all the amenities were always set for 4, even when we requested an extra cup, the staff told us it wasn't possible).

The hotel has a very convenient location, with multiple bus lines passing by and a bus stop right in front. There’s a 7-Eleven in the lobby, which is handy, though I preferred the CU store about 100m away.
It’s easy to walk from the hotel to Jeongbang Waterfall, Cheonjiyeon Waterfall, and Seogwipo Maeil Olle Market.
The staff were friendly and helpful, with luggage storage available.
The room was spacious, clean, and cleaned daily. I was also impressed by the modern automatic toilet system.
Overall, this stay was beyond my expectations – highly recommended!

First location: sits in idyllic and panoramic view from the common balcony in 6F. A first time visitor to Jeju should at leats stay few days in Seogwipo (again, Jeju is divided into Jeju City and Seogwipo) as it showcase all the vest attractions in South, West and East Jeju)
From Airport, take bus 600 and bus stop seogwipohang (31 stops from airport)
Cleanliness: ilike to see the rooms no shoes and slipper allowed. It is clean and comfortable from heated floor and nice smelling beds and blankets and reasonable size locker rooms.
Service: The giveaway price you paid also includes free breakfast. Again, i explain later why it has a touch fresh blood, you will love to see new ideas in kitchen liek SeomBucks, SeomWay and many more. But what most I dont understand is why there are sweets (candies) also in Shower rooms. Fridge, you can have all you want to put in and get a personal space.
Facilities: The hostel in 6F overlooks the seogwipo sub-marine park. It is also within walking distance to a waterfall park. The rooftop also is so spacious (that you can hold a basketball) and a laundry.
The property caretaker, is literally a young blood, a college student having school breaks due to some injury and is managing this little haven is full of ideas, ready to jump and help, fluent in English and undoubtedly above average IQ/EQ. He surely can deal with picky and demanding foreigners and locals alike to get the best feeling at-home experience.
This why i said there is a touch of YOUNG BLOODS.
Ps: I canceled several of my bookings in another hotel and extended my stay here.
