GGuest UserThe hotel itself boasts a fantastic design, and its location is absolutely superb. It's right opposite the seafood market and just a few minutes' walk from Higashiide Coffee, which meant I had the pleasure of enjoying breakfast and coffee there one morning.
It's a bit of a distance from Kanazawa Station. While the hotel does offer a shuttle service, it only operates in the afternoon. I ended up taking a taxi to the hotel from the station, but this was perfectly acceptable.
Overall, it's excellent! I've already recommended it to my friends and will definitely be back!

AAnonymous UserThis hotel made me really appreciate Kanazawa. The room is very spacious, like a studio apartment, and comes with a fully equipped kitchenette. It's perfect for buying fresh ingredients from the market and cooking your own meals (though I didn't actually get around to it). It offers the spaciousness of a Western hotel combined with the meticulous details and cleanliness of a Japanese one, all while being incredibly good value for money.
The parking garage has direct access to the lobby and features a self-service payment system, costing around 1800 JPY per day. Breakfast was included for one person; my companion tried it once and described it as quite American-style and pretty average.
I'll definitely make this my go-to hotel for all future visits to Kanazawa.

__cmb439226831010****The room was decent, and I could lay out my suitcase. It's a Dormy Inn hotel, with a hot spring on the top floor and free noodles at night. All the amenities are just like other Dormy Inn properties. I booked a room with breakfast because I read reviews claiming it had the best Japanese hotel breakfast ever, which turned out to be my biggest regret... The breakfast was, frankly, meager. I've never had such a poor breakfast. It was pretty bad, with only the steamed egg and persimmon being palatable. There were just so few edible options. Next time, I'd stay here again, but definitely without breakfast.

DDennis 陈An excellent hotel rather near the Kanazawa Train Station. There are also some good Japanese restaurants opposite the hotel.
The room is spacious, contemporary with Japanese flavour. The facilities and amenities are comprehensive like body lotion, shampoo, comb, Onsen towel scrub, and tooth brush. The Onsen is rather small but sufficient as the turnover rate is pretty high since there is not much spaceto loiter or space out.
The Japanese breakfast is sumptuous and pretty good variety.
If you are early for your check-in, the hotel will gladly safekeeping for you until you return for the check-in at 3pm.

__Miss_Koo_The hotel is in a great location, just a 6-minute walk from the JR station (next to Hotel Nikko).
The room was spacious at 40 square meters, with two single beds and a bunk bed. The sofa also looked like it could comfortably sleep two more people. The bathroom had a dry/wet separation and was also quite large.
The breakfast selection was quite rich, featuring authentic Kaga regional cuisine, though the coffee was pretty mediocre. The hotel thoughtfully provided a bottle of functional drink similar to Pocari Sweat every day, which was a nice touch – perhaps to help guests rehydrate after all the walking.
There's also a public bath at the hotel, which was incredibly relaxing after a long day of walking.

SSanguang1 Perfect location connected the Crossgate Mall which is connected to another mall, where is connected to the Kanazawa station, outside of which you can take buss to all the places you want to go.
2 Huge room, compared to many other Japanese hotel.
3 Reasonable price as it’s Hyatt Centric, not premium brands of Hyatt, but have all u need. The breakfast is superb! Very happy staying here.

A special shout out to front desk staff, Sasaki, who helped me liaise the return of my lost camera bag with JR Train lost and found, and proper handing over of instructions to colleagues on the receipt of my camera bag at the hotel. A heartfelt thank you to all staff. 🫶🏻

MMike IgWe had a mixed experience at this hotel in Kanazawa. The location is definitely a plus — Omicho Market is just around the corner, and it’s about a 15-minute walk to the railway station, which made getting around relatively easy.
However, the room left a lot to be desired. It didn’t feel well maintained or properly cleaned. The in-room tablet didn’t work at all, and some parts of the air conditioning unit were open, exposing dirty interior components — not something you’d expect in a Japanese hotel.
The onsen was a nice feature, but often too crowded. There were three washing machines available for guests, but they were constantly in use, even late at night or early in the morning, which made doing laundry very difficult.
Staff were okay, but not particularly warm or polite by Japanese standards. Overall, it was a passable stay, but we wouldn’t choose this hotel again.

As last time, the hotel facilities are very new and in the city center
If you drive, there are three parking lots nearby, but be careful that there will be no space at night. . .
Finally parked in a parking lot with no maximum parking fee and ended up paying 3800 yen-_-
Speaking of the hotel, it has a massage, if you are interested you can go back to its online book a few days earlier
Maybe because there were many people that day, the master was a bit in a hurry. . . So it doesn't feel as good as the last time in Beppu. . .
Speaking of the room, the room has OK layout, open to luggage, and the floor is very clean.
The most commendable thing is that there is finally a hotel with fast internet! ! !
