Amazing
Jjanice gooHotel at a great location which is opposite train station and bus stop. Front desk lady was so helpful with our enquiries. We even hv a free bus ride card for our stay. Hotel stay came with breakfast at rooftop. Excellent view of the snowy mountains. Definitely will stay there again if i revisit Interlaken!

SSandy PoohWe stayed for 2 nights in end-April at the Hotel Rossli Interlaken and the experience was just amazing. We were impressed by the hospitality and kindness shown by the host Jean-Louis and his team. He went the extra mile by gifting us with a Swiss film made by himself and his friend on DVD and USB so we could take home the good memories of Swiss and share these with family.
The hotel is conveniently located in a quiet and safe neighborhood and close to the Interlaken West train station. There are a few good bars nearby the hotel and you can enjoy free coffee and tea in the hotel lounge any time of the day. We really love the warm ambiance of the hotel. Great job Jean-Louis and your fabulous team!

GGuest UserExcellent location for travelers going to Lauterbrunnen and Wengen. Train station is 5 minutes away. Public parking is nearby. Hotel located in downtown surrounded by plenty of restaurants and a public parking is just 2 minutes away. We reserved a room for 3 and it is spacious. The beds are basically in separate rooms. The staff is friendly. Internet speed is decent. Overall it’s a great location and great hotel!

GGuest UserHaha... actually, the mountain view was pretty good! At first, I felt so disappointed when it snowed, but then it suddenly cleared up for a bit, letting me experience the Alps. I felt it wasn't a wasted trip after all. Though, it might not be as beautiful without the snow.

GGuest UserWe had a great stay in the Junior Suite, which was very suitable for three people. One of the beds was a sofa bed, but the mattress quality was still comfortable. We especially loved the mountain view from the rooms and could even enjoy the sunset right from our window or balcony without needing to go anywhere. We would also recommend trying their breakfast — it offers a wide variety of choices, including Asian options like rice and sauces. Overall, a very pleasant stay and a room we would recommend.

GGuest UserCar can park at the hotel entrance free of charge. Room is spacious for 4 people. Staff are friendly and provided us free travel card within interlaken area. My daughters are happy that the staff gave them chocolate and candy were put on the bed at Day 1. 10 minutes walk from Interlaken West Station. Not many choice for breakfast but the taste is good. Hotel cost is super expensive during summer time in Interlaken......but I still think this is a brilliant hotel.

AAnonymous UserWe had a wonderful stay at Royal St. Georges Hotel Interlaken. The location is excellent, within walking distance to Interlaken Ost station, restaurants, and many attractions, making it very convenient for exploring the area.
The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, with beautiful mountain views. The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help with any questions or requests.
Breakfast had a good variety of options and everything was fresh and delicious. Overall, the hotel offers a great combination of comfort, convenience, and excellent service.

AAnonymous UserThe hotel has no air conditioning, and the room felt quite cramped as soon as we entered. Although an electric fan was provided, the space still felt confined. The window could theoretically be opened, but despite multiple attempts we were unable to open it and eventually had to go down to the lobby to ask staff for help before it finally opened. There was no telephone in the room to contact the front desk, so any requests or needs required us to go in person to the nearby hotel lobby to seek assistance.
On the positive side, the hotel breakfast was quite good. Given Switzerland’s high prices, having such a hearty breakfast available can really save you the cost of lunch, as you’re full enough after breakfast that you might skip eating at midday. The hotel staff were generally friendly and helpful. In particular, a German front-desk staff member was very kind and did his best to help us resolve the window issue, which is worth praising.

LLLSZ3First, the hotel locations is very near to Interlaken West train station and it's walking distance to Interlaken city centre as well as Interlaken Ost. So it's great and easy access to most of the places like grindelwald, spiez, thun, and brienz.
The hotel itself it's abit old and honestly I dont really like the bathroom as it abit like run out.
The cupboard and hanger also having some dust which makes me feels uneasy.
I booked room with single bed, it has window but because now they are doing some outdoor renovation which blocked the view outside my window, that's really like a minus point to me.
Overall I think, with the price I pay, I should get a better hotels than this.
