GGuest UserThe hotel is a 5-minute walk from Interlaken West train station, with a COOP supermarket right downstairs. The room was clean but it was really hot in mid-June, the heatwave in Europe this year was no joke. Luckily, it only started on the day I flew back home. Most hotels here don't have air conditioning or fans, so you'll need to bring your own. Also, the hotel breakfast was really substantial, good enough to keep me full until the afternoon.

BBOSS-LinOverall, this hotel is quite good. The location is very convenient, close to the city center, and surrounded by many restaurants and shopping areas. The rooms are spacious, well-equipped, and the beds are comfortable, suitable for extended stays. Although some areas are slightly dated, the overall hotel is clean and tidy. The hotel service is also good; the front desk staff are friendly, and check-in and check-out are efficient. However, the price-performance ratio is not high.

AAnonymous UserThe room is spacious with balcony.  Water pressure is good but hard to fix the wanted temperature. There is no fridge in room, you hv to use a small fridge in common area. There is a microwave and kettle provided in the basement. bugs will fly in your room if you turn on the light and open the window. Staff are very helpful and friendly. The breakfast is great thought not much choices.  A bit far from all the super market but in walking distance. You can use the spa in the hotel but on steam room and sauna only.

RRmosiurWe had a wonderful stay at Bellevue Hotel, Interlaken. The riverside location with stunning mountain views was absolutely beautiful. A special thanks to the reception staff for their warm welcome, friendliness, and excellent service throughout our stay. The breakfast was fresh and delicious with plenty of choices, and the hotel was spotlessly clean. Highly recommended, we would love to stay here again!

JJuannebellaThank you Mr Jean-Louis for your generosity and hospitality! It’s nice meeting you in person. Hotel Rossli is clean and comfy, located strategically close to train and bus stops. They also give to us Visitors Card through our stay (doesn’t need further validation, but just hop on and hop off the public transport within the inclusive area which was explained clearly to us during check in) which even covers the public transport to visit St Beatus Waterfall and Isewald for “Steg Crash Landing on You” viewpoint and Brienzersee Lakewalk, The location also made it easy for us to travel to both Lauterbrunnen and Grindelwald. Can’t believe we could manage to visit so many places with just a 2 nights stay. The hotel is also within walking distance to nearby grocery stores. Last but not least, the hotel also provides common/shared kitchen with microwave oven and unlimited coffee and teas! And there are many many TV channels, even more TV channels than usual 4 or 5 stars hotels. All in all, highly recommend. Would come back and stay again 😊

Jjoan_chongOverall, we had a pleasant stay at Interlaken Youth Hostel. The location is very convenient, especially for travellers who plan to explore Interlaken and the surrounding areas. It is right next to Interlaken Ost station, making it very easy to catch trains to places like Grindelwald, Lauterbrunnen and Wengen. There are also buses nearby, and getting around without a car is very easy. The hostel is also within walking distance of the town centre, restaurants and supermarkets, which was very convenient for us. The room was clean and the facilities were adequate for a short stay. The biggest advantage for us was definitely the excellent location and easy access to public transportation. Would recommend it to travellers looking for a convenient and affordable place to stay in Interlaken, especially if you are travelling by train.

GGuest UserThe location is super convenient, right next to Platform 1 of Interlaken West station. There's a large supermarket directly opposite where you can buy groceries to cook in the apartment, and plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. We stayed in an apartment, which was very spacious, and the facilities were well-maintained and quite new. Although we arrived in late May, we unfortunately hit a European heatwave with temperatures around 27-28 degrees Celsius. Since the apartment didn't have air conditioning, it was quite uncomfortable. I saw in the reviews that the hotel usually offers two fans per apartment, so I immediately called the front desk to ask if they could provide one. They said they could provide one. As there were two bedrooms, I asked if we could have two, and the front desk directly replied: 'No, you can only request one fan.' Their attitude felt a bit unfriendly. Also, in apartments without air conditioning, a fan should really be considered a basic amenity and not something guests have to specifically request.

GGuest UserThis is an excellent apartment hotel for a family vacation. The rooms are very spacious, easily accommodating four people, and the kitchen facilities are fully equipped with everything from cookware, tableware, and glassware to a dishwasher and refrigerator. The hotel boasts a fantastic location directly opposite a large green lawn, offering a great view of paragliding performances while you enjoy breakfast. It's about a 10-15 minute walk to both Interlaken Ost and West stations, and there's also a direct bus to the train station right outside. Breakfast was decent, with all the essentials, though the fruit selection was a bit limited. The breakfast service only starts at 7:30 AM, which feels a little late.

GGuest UserOur stay at Hotel Chalet Swiss was one of the most amazing stays we have had. Our room had a clear view of Jungfrau which we could look out to every morning; the room was spacious and clean with that authentic Swiss Chalet interior. The breakfast was also excellent in a lovely dining room where the morning sunlight lights up the whole room. The staff were warm and friendly, especially the receptionist Natasha, who was always warm and genuine. The best hotel we’ve stayed in in Switzerland, and resting here made our amazing trip even better
