"Overall good choice, very good location with proximity to train and metro stations. One big shortfall which is the room cleaning services no clear information given during check in about the instruction for the room cleaning. In the second day aftetnoon i went  to reception inquiring about the room cleaning when i noticed in out return from outside that the room was not cleaned, they told me to make an order the night before at reception, so i told them please register a request for a room cleaning for tomorrow. However on thirday the room was not cleaned. When i went in the afternoon to complain they said there is a Q bar code in the room i need to scan and register online for the next day service. I went back to the room and I did logged a request for the next day but still the room was not cleaned. Very disappointing and it looks the reception staff they don’t know anything"

"The room is OK, the location is very good, right next to the Grand Place, but the soundproofing is not very good, it can be a bit noisy at night. The sound of people playing downstairs and laughing in the next room are not soundproofed."

"Average Hotel , VERY basic room without a closet and without a fridge but there was a common area where u can find a very small fridge and free coffee in each floor. It was fairly clean, located in a quite residential area with 30mn walk to the center. Don't expect to find anything to do there after 7pm or during Weekends/Holidays The Breakfast was very basic and the same everyday .. The staff was professional and friendly"

"shortcoming: 1. There is no air conditioning, and it is a bit hot to sleep at 14-20°C in mid-May. 2. There is no sound insulation. Even if you live on the seventh floor, you can still clearly hear the traffic noise. Every night you will be woken up by the fire trucks and ambulances passing by. I could hear conversations in the next room and the old refrigerator was humming. 3. The curtains cannot be drawn tightly, there are design flaws, and there is a long distance between the curtains and the wall, so light can seep in in the morning. I thought I didn't draw the curtains and was woken up by the light. 4. When cleaning in the morning, the housekeeping staff opened the door without knocking! We were all still in the room, totally terrified! The other party didn't understand English, and I used gestures for a long time before I made it clear that I asked him to come back to clean later. 5. There is no hand soap or conditioner, and the instant coffee provided is not tasty. advantage: Convenient transportation! Very close to the bus station and subway, there is a supermarket next to it (closes at 8pm), and there is a KFC right next door. Except for the fact that the nearby shopping streets would start to gather groups of gangster-looking teenagers and black people at night, everything else is relatively safe!"

"Hotel is quite new and has a style. Need to walk 15mins + to the tourist attraction. Given the price and condition of hotel, it is still quite value for money. North station is 5 mins away and a bit complicated but still safe."

"I booked on the day and was able to stay at a reasonable price! The rooms were very clean and I was able to stay safely. The tram station is within walking distance and it takes about 15 minutes to get to the central station. I was able to leave my luggage after checking out."

"We had an amazing experience! The staff kindly allowed us to check in early, which was a huge help. The location is excellent—very close to the train station, with plenty of restaurants and a supermarket nearby. The room was cozy and comfortable. Highly recommend staying here!"

"We initially got a spacious room, but it was noisy with the elevator engine. We asked to change it, so we got another very small room, and the problem was the smell of sewage in the bathroom!!! We hope that more attention will be paid to maintenance. The receptionist was very helpful and we thank him."

"I recently stayed at the DoubleTree by Hilton Brussels and had a very pleasant experience overall. The hotel is in an excellent location—just a short walk to the city center, public transport, and several tourist spots. The lobby is modern and welcoming, and the staff at check-in were friendly and efficient. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with all the essentials. I appreciated the signature DoubleTree cookie at check-in—always a nice touch! The bed was very cozy, and I had a good night’s sleep each night. One highlight was the breakfast buffet, which had a wide variety of choices, including fresh pastries, fruits, and hot dishes. However, I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 because the bathroom felt a little dated and the housekeeping service could have been more consistent. On one of the days, some of the toiletries were not replenished. Overall, it’s a solid choice for both business and leisure travelers looking for comfort and convenience in the heart of Brussels. Would definitely stay here again!"

"The hotel information on Trip.com was incorrect. When I arrived, the front desk said that the executive double room did not include a kitchen. The hotel front desk and Trip.com customer service had a good attitude and actively solved the problem for me. Finally, I changed to a room with a kitchen. The room was large enough and the kitchen had basic configurations, which was perfect. There are two large supermarkets within ten minutes nearby, and you can reach the subway station or bus No. 29 directly to the Grand Place in Brussels within three minutes."
