"The room is very clean, smell good and hospitality of the reception staff is friendly and nice. We stayed for 3 night in JW Marriot Jie Yang. The room is spacious with double bed with the 1.38m width. The door man 陈李壮 is so helpful to help me to order the takeaway food while we are hungry in the midnight. The reception staff even could help us to book the rapid train ticket. Well recommended for stay when you visiting Jie Yang."

"The hotel amenities here are ok, it would be awesome if there was a big selection of food. The staff are amazing if I could give it 10 stars i would. The staff are really well mannered. Special shoutout goes to 陈柏就 extremely helpful as we have 2 elderly making everything easy. Even helping us order delivery food and didi multiple times and was not fussed about the money at all. My grandpa’s foot got swollen and he offered to go with us to the hospital it saved many hours of our time as it made the process smooth. He also came after his work hours and taught us how to cook the Chinese medicine which tooks 3 hours as it was extremely complicated and the next day he went to get the report from the hospital making our lives so much easier. With all this help we tried tipping but he refuses to accept it. I’d also like to give a special thanks to 崔吴彤 as she was nice and helped us out as well to do something that was super important to us"

"The service is very good. The front desk staff is very enthusiastic. There was a game session and the kids were happy. I was a little surprised when I got to the room. The room is very big. We always book a twin room when we go out because other Hampton Inn hotels don't have such a big room. We are very satisfied with the facilities and hygiene. The only drawback is that it is a bit out of the way. But I will choose this hotel next time if I have the chance."

We were given rooms on the same floor and facing the Rong Jiang, the view was great! The rooms even came with fruits every day! Would have loved to stay longer at this hotel if our trip wasn't so short. We found tasty and great variety of food behind the hotel too. Would come again to stay at this hotel. "First time to Jieyang and this hotel is a gem in terms of location near to Jinanmen Gate and Tianfu Street, high level of comfort with good space, great service from counter, room cleaning and breakfast area. We always enjoyed our complimentary breakfast. Better not be too late for breakfast as it ends at 9.30am. Highly recommend this hotel."

There were not many guests in the off-season. The front desk lady was very polite and called in advance to inform that she was ready to stay at any time. The room is very spacious and tastefully decorated. The bathroom towels are in line with star standards. When dining in the restaurant, the waiter was always waiting by the side and serving at any time, which shows that the hotel training employees are strictly required to have standardized standards.
