Nice hotel. Friendly staff. Comfy beds. Nice breakfast. Well located. Would stay again. Only thing that would be nicer is having a fridge.

All of my family members were satisfied with it. Rich breakfast. We love it. I will stay here again. Highly recommend.

Relatively small Holiday Inn but still good and good value. Helpful staff. Main issue was that we arrived at breakfast at about 9.45 (it stated that breakfast was served until 10.30). They had run out some of the items which weren’t replaced, and only served some items after about 10.20 when asked. Otherwise, an enjoyable couple of nights.

A very nice and clean hotel. Our room was big enough, with a comfortable mattress and with all the basics available. Great location close to the town centre, the coastline and the railway station. A very good selection of food for breakfast. Highly recommended!

Good service but lifts very slow as one was out of order, waited 15 minutes to come down with 2 large suitcases. Other than that excellent hotel

Worst IHG hotel i have ever stayed in Staff are useless and rude ,, below average services ,, horrible internet services ,, bad breakfast Will never book with IHG again ever

The whole hotel is very nice, highly recommended. If you travel with a family, book his family room, the standard room is two beds 0.9. The most important thing is that there is a food street next to the hotel, with Chinese food and various hamburgers. Children under 13 years old are free of charge for breakfast. Parking is convenient, 15 pounds a day. It takes 15 minutes to walk to the beach, which is not far. The main thing is that they have to go down the mountain to the beach. Oh, and they gave the children a bucket and bubbles, which is very rare. The sand is so fine that we gave up going to the White Cliff and stayed on the beach for two days

The breakfast at Holiday Inn is delicious. I highly recommend the hash browns and grape juice. However, the lack of a place to hang clothes in the bathroom is a big minus. Everything else is good.

Overall, I am satisfied with the clean environment and the breakfast is OK. The location is close to the commercial street, which is convenient for shopping and eating. There are enough parking spaces. Close to the beach!

The location is good and the hygiene is OK. The equipment and facilities in the room are a bit old. I stayed here for 6 days and overall I feel satisfied because it is not far from the seaside. I go to Bournemouth Pier every day to look around. There is a street to the north of the hotel that leads to Bournemouth Square. There are restaurants on both sides of the street. very convenient

It should be noted that some rooms in this hotel are surprisingly small and have no street view, especially those that state that they only accept Asian guests. When checking in, you have to tell the front desk that you need a room with a street view, and that's acceptable.
