Bournemouth Highcliff Marriott Hotel Reviews

The service in this hotel are so poor and unfriendly. When l got there for check in at 4pm, they told me the room was not ready. They have some acarids in the bed, which cause the skin so inches. The sheets and bedding look not clean.It an awful hotel l have been experienced.

The location is great but the property needs refurbishment. There was mould in our bathroom, the cutlery was all chipped and not super clean.

The hotel is nicely decorated with excellent view and location facing wonderful seaside and beach. However, it is difficult to find a car park place.

Carry with Marriott name yet overall below the brand standard. We booked family room, not really big compare other location of Marriott. The room is renovated yet the carpet is dirty. Our family room is located in another block which we have short walk to main building which is not convenient if rains. The swimming pool is totally dislike the website page, old, not well-maintained and most importantly very small. Overall very disappointed! We selected this hotel for swims and hope to enjoy sunbathe, totally misleading in such pricey brand hotel. The breakfasts not much choices and not tasty too. We won't recommend this hotel if pay such high price !

Fantastic…, except paying an extra £12.00 for eggs royal on top of breakfast price was not good… staff didn’t even pre-warn of extra price until we went to leave. However- if you had room service then no extra price for eggs royal?? Does not make sense.

Good breakfast, great location

The redecorated rooms are really beautiful! Sadly the bathroom was so small it was difficult to get in the bath/shower. I did manage it though!

I booked for celebrate my husband's birthday. Staff very nice and helpful. They prepared the card and some chocolate for us to celebrate. And our room is Seaview room that so nice. Location very good. I have a great trip with my family in Bournemouth.
