Great locations, excellent service, and nice staffs. I like Fairmont

The hotel is historical. Maybe perhaps it’s old, the hotel key cards did not work at the elevator and the room.

Arrived at the hotel around 2 pm and fortunately the room has ready, however we had a room located far away from the elevator, in fact my room is at the end of the of the hallway 😑 the room is small with old furniture, there was some cracks on the wood panel. There is no fridge and the AC was so noisy. The bathroom is good - I think it has been renovated. With the price we’ve paid I think I just bought the ‘location’ instead of the room as it is a very standard room, considering it is a 5 stars hotel.

Landmark hotel in a fantastic location. The hotel exterior and lobby and restaurant interiors were excellent. The room decor was a let down and the hotel management should consider reviewing and upgrading that to match the hotel .

Facility issues such as aging toilet doors and broken doors

The hotel is in an excellent location in the center of Boston. The historic lobby is very beautiful. It is adjacent to Trinity Church, Boston Library, etc., and it is very convenient to travel. The hotel facilities are relatively old, with a sense of age and mystery.

Poor, old, basically no service, price and quality can't match at all
