Staff was very friendly. We could take a shuttle service from the Hotel for free to the Mall and to most Tours.

Our family had a wonderful stay in the Premier Room at Pinnacle Boracay from January 29 to February 1. The room was spacious, modern, and well-maintained, providing the perfect home away from home during our vacation. The bed was large and very comfortable, ensuring we had a restful sleep every night. The balcony offered a nice view, and we enjoyed having coffee there in the mornings. The bathroom was clean and stocked with essentials, and the hot water worked perfectly—ideal after a long day at the beach. We also appreciated the quiet ambiance of the hotel, which made our stay even more relaxing. The staff were friendly and accommodating, always ready to assist with any requests. The location was convenient, with easy access to the beach and shuttle service available when needed. Overall, our stay in the Premier Room at Pinnacle Boracay was a fantastic experience for our family. We highly recommend it for those looking for comfort, privacy, and excellent service in Boracay. We’ll definitely be back!

Really enjoyed our stay at Pinnacle. Love the showers powerful and good temperature control, slight downside for water sipping through but all is good. It’s in close proximity to the beach so that was nice, however the part of the beach we were close to had a lot of seaweed. Breakfast was ok standard options which sufficed. We like the two Queen size bed per room setup. One of the thing that we were really thankful for is that they accommodated for our friend’s dietary requirements as she had to fast for the month of Ramadan.

We stayed here for three nights 9-12 January. We had an early check in at 2. Staff as usual are always friendly and helpful the free shuttle to and from D Mall was handy. Unfortunately the breakfast is not very appealing or something to rave about. Everything is cold they don’t have the burners on to keep the food warm. We got a good deal with Trip.com We plan to return in June hopefully there will be good rates and they will improve on their breakfast.

Far from Dmall but they offer free shuttle. Breakfast is typical but good. The rooms are sooo big didn’t expect that. (Comparing to Henann where we usually stay). Love the staffs, super accommodating! Especially the OJTs

The arrangement of the rooms is quite awkward. Although there is a balcony, when you go out, you will look at each other in the opposite room. There is indeed a problem with toilet drainage Take a shower and the whole room will be wet Apart from sharing the same beach with Lind, there is nothing good about it. no hairdryer The hotel shuttle to Dmall is only until 5 o'clock No advance notice Then the driver often goes out and lets you take a taxi. There were too few guests when I went there. There is no buffet breakfast at all. Breakfast is terrible. I suspect it’s because there are so few people. The chef just left work and let the apprentices cook whatever they want.

It feels like being humiliated to stay in this hotel, giving the worst room to the Chinese. I booked a balcony room with sea view, but it turned out that there was no light on the first floor, as if it was a room in the basement, and it was very damp when I walked in. I asked for a room change, but the result was an extra 600 yuan, which was given by Ctrip. I wanted to give Ctrip a thumbs up for the service, so that tourists who were far away from the country felt a touch of warmth. Only the attitude of the hotel staff is okay, after all, they are part-time workers. The ice cube face at the front desk feels that I owe it millions. The room that I paid for is not very good. The front of the balcony and the sea view was blocked by the hotel in front of the hotel. There is a problem with the drainage of the bath, the water spreads out, and it is difficult to go to the toilet. It is recommended not to recommend such a hotel to everyone, it is an obvious act of humiliating the Chinese.

Overall we had a great experience with our stay at The Pinnacle., all the staffs was very courteous. Kudos to Mike, Nathan and Bernadeth. Very accommodating. The OJT's were as accommodating as well. As well as during our breakfast. I will definitely recommend Pinnacle to family and friends. 5 stars!.

LOCATION: Perfectly located in Station 1, the hotel offers a great spot, peaceful and serene ambiance. The pool was nice and clean. ROOM: We booked a superior room. And it was neat and spacious. STAFF:Among the three hotels we stayed at during our 10-day Boracay trip, the staff here were by far the friendliest, most accommodating, and genuinely helpful. Kudos to everyone, especially the front office team and Ardy, who thoughtfully set up our table on the rooftop deck. SPECIAL FEATURE: A standout feature of the hotel is its rooftop deck, where you can enjoy a relaxing "happy hour" while taking in a stunning sunset view.

The rooms are spacious and the staff are friendly and accommodating. Transport is provided during the day. The ambiance is nice and quiet. The only issue is that the restrooms needs privacy but overall we had a great stay and will definitely come back again.

The management was incredibly polite, ensuring a seamless and pleasant stay. Their warm hospitality stood out, as they went above and beyond to accommodate any requests and make guests feel truly valued. It was evident that they genuinely cared about providing an exceptional experience. Breakfast, while decent, was not the highlight of the stay. Though it met basic expectations, it lacked the variety or flair one might hope for in a standout meal. However, this was more than made up for by the excellent quality of the room service food. The dishes were well-prepared, delicious, and delivered promptly. Every bite reflected the care and attention of the kitchen staff, making it a memorable part of the experience. Overall, the combination of a clean, comfortable room, attentive management, and outstanding room service made the stay highly enjoyable. While the breakfast could use a bit of improvement, it was a small detail in an otherwise fantastic visit. This is the kind of place you’d be happy to return to for its warmth and excellent service.

It was a wonderful experience in boracay. The staff are so kind and friendly! The place is so relaxing and welcoming! And not over crowded the beach ! A wonderful place to stay in boracay ! It’s so clean and the staff are accommodating and always there for their guests need !

A beautiful place to stay. We really enjoyed with the staff being so friendly an accomodating ♥️ From the reception to dining, housekeeping and to check out - it was always a warm welcome. Ardy from the restaurant is really nice and just made the dining experience so much better.
