This was the worst stay l've ever had. From the moment we arrived, things went wrong. The sink and bidet drains were completely clogged so water wouldn't drain at all. But the real nightmare happened when we were having breakfast: our room flooded from the ceiling, with water leaking through the fire alarm. Despite the obvious emergency, not a single staff member apologized or even acted surprised-like this was OK! Worse, nobody offered to move us, we had to demand a room change ourselves.

Worth the price but only recommend to those traveller have own transport.

Good comfortable hotel with a very large free parking, very practical for travelers with many vending machines in the lobby. We encountered just a small problem getting in at night as the key code for the doors didn’t work and we had to wake up the staff.

I was told that the check out time is 12:00, at least the trips.com booking confirmation email said so. When it was 10 to 12:00 a cleaning lady showed up, opened the door, waited for us to come out with the annoyed look on her face right in front of the door. She wouldn't close the door which was very rude and upset my feelings. I hope the hotel do better from now on. The staffs at the reception were great but that experience with

Amazing hotel very clean and everything is new. Staff are very polite and helpful. The location is very convenient however to get to the parking lot is a bit tricky as there are no clear signs on the gate for the hotel. I had to go around a couple of times until I found the entrance. All in all a very pleasant experience and highly recommended.

Everything was great, the hotel was brand new, super clean and they even offer a bike service to go around the city very easy. The stuff was very nice, specially Gaia who always had a very charming smile every single morning that put me in the right mood to start the day :) I will definitely come back!

The front desk is just a desk, and the waiter gives priority to group guests, even though I arrived first. The customer service is very poor, and the old white lady pointed at me in the elevator because I entered and pressed my floor first without waiting for her to press it? There seems to be a music festival nearby at night, which is very noisy.

Everything was very clean. I only had to leave my card for the tourist tax.

Good for a weekend. The only thing that needs to be improved is the pillows and the very small single beds.
