Combo Bologna Reviews

I always stay at Combo when I’m in Italy. I had a great experience and the staff as usual very helpful and friendly. The location of the hostel is near the train and bus station, therefore, is very handy, however is in an industrial.

I stayed here with my sister for our Bologna trip. The place is 20min walk away from central station, any supermarket. The small caffe they have is good and prices are cheap, though has limited options. I really liked the design of the place but I cannot say the same for maintenance. AC smells like dust, can’t change modes, sheets are not good quality, in fact mine had tears on it in couple places. Floors and walls aren’t that clean as well. I attached some pictures for reference. Also, terrible mosquito issue, there are no repellants or nets to keep them away from the room. I got 20 mosquito bites in just 2 night stay… And we were not provided with “do not disturb” sign, our room got cleaned when we were away even if it wasn’t needed.

Amazing place, amazing people, amazing services and great environment in general. Would definitely stay there again!

I liked eveything here - professional friendly staff, spacious and clean modern rooms. Location is a bit far from the city center, but close to the main railway station. In general I'd come back.

Large modern hostel, 10 minutes from the train station. Spacious kitchen, several hobs and sinks, very convenient for cooking! The room is clean, comfortable beds. Friendly staff.

I liked the location, the overall state of the hostel, and the staff was amazing. However, the description of the room was a bit confusing while booking (maybe it was just me who misunderstood though). When booking, it seemed that I was choosing a room with only 2 people in, but it turned out I was assigned to a room of 4. But can't complain much. The rest was incredible, and the price is the best. So, thanks!

I liked the outside park it is really good if you want to hang out or relax and study something. Also the atmosphere is calming.

A great place for visitors to stay! Although it's a bit farther from the city center, the convenient public transportation makes it easy to get around.

about 15-20 Min. walk from Bologna Central Station. Staff is helpful and the room is clean and cozy. The simple all you can eat breakfast costs only Euro9 and quite good. Coffee can be refilled without limit :-).

Excellent location and good service. Noisy rooms due to poorly isolated walls and sound from the terrace where people hang out and talk/shout until late.

Super friendly service, and good conditions. The location was ideal, only 20mins from the station. Any issues we had regarding our stay were dealt and handled professionally and kindly. I’m so happy with my experience and would recommend .

The receptors here are really friendly and helpful! The Café there is also cheap and nice!

The hostel locates in a quiet neighbourhood and about 1km walk from bologna central. There's lot's of common spaces that you can work and play. Although the hostel itself is out of the ridemovi shared bikes support areas, you can easily walk to the train station and scan to unlock a bike to explore the city.
