Good hotel with excellent breakfast. The only thing that disappointing me was the air conditioning system can’t set the temperature.

The hotel was just fine, It requires a little more maintenance, specially in the room. Some LED lights were falling down in my room. The cleanliness in the room can also improve. I also ordered some things from room service, the lady on the phone told me a price, but when it arrived at the room I have to pay more than I was told.

Best hotel to stay near the bogota airport with free bus shuttle.

Excellent clean well mannered staff

I have stayed here many times. There is a shuttle bus to and from the airport, which is quite convenient. I will definitely stay here the day before I leave the country the next day. I must go to the shuttle bus early, otherwise there will be no seats if I am late.

Simple and clean, but there is a lack of more staff at reception. Without clutch transportation to the airport is free and convenient.

去年2023年住過，這次是第二次入住，依然很棒！ 地理位置優越，距離機場很近！ 這次不足的i就是咖啡機沒去年的多功能好。

二樓Lobby前台接待人員態度極其生硬無理，歧視亞裔人員，假裝聽不懂最簡單的英語，對通過翻譯軟件的交流也完全答非所問。安排的房間面向馬路，車輛噪音有點大。

房間比較小，沒有熱水壺，但是有電熨斗。這個價格在波哥大算偏高的，服務和早餐還不錯，離機場很近。
