The hotel is centrally located. A bit old but clean and spacious. The only thing I would complain about is the air con which doesn’t work very well.

The hotel is in a good location, not far from the train station, Ala-Too Square and major attractions, suitable for citywalk, and the price-performance ratio is still a good experience. The location is good, there are many delicious restaurants nearby. The breakfast buffet has a wide variety of cheeses, which I like, and a lot of vegetables. *Food is made to order, and the restaurant staff are polite. For lunch, you can enjoy a cheap and satisfying business lunch, although it costs extra. The room has a bathtub of a sufficient size, like a Japanese business hotel, but unfortunately you have to keep running the water for several minutes until it becomes hot, and the water is just wasted during that time. It is a waste of water for the hotel, and I think it is not eco-friendly.

This place really needs to re-educate its employees ㅋㅋㅋㅋ They're so shameless and can't communicate, so they do whatever they want, and when you call an interpreter, they say "yes, but we won't do it for you" ㅋㅋ

I liked the hotel overall. Not a bad location, good breakfasts, but I would like them to start at least at 7.00. Overall, everything is clean, good staff. But there is one big but! These are excellent audibility. From 6 am they start slamming doors, and it is simply impossible to sleep. It feels like you are being hit on the head! This really spoils the impression.

The scenery around the hotel is very good. It is in the city center. It is very convenient to go everywhere. The breakfast is rich in variety. However, I had diarrhea after eating. The room is exquisite but a bit small. The service staff is very professional and enthusiastic. I am overall satisfied.
