Great location for Birmingham University and also for local attractions such as the Barber Institute, Wildlife Park and Midlands Arts Centre. Airy bright hotel with a nice comfortable bar and seating areas. Check-in and out were quick and efficient. Free parking but do remember to input your car details. Room was smartly decorated and very comfortable. Mattresses are good and the shower and water pressure are great. My only niggle is that the windows - at least in the room we were in - are narrow slits, meaning that the room is rather dark and gloomy in the mornings. Breakfast was good - a substantial buffet in a high ceiling-ed, cheerful room. Good range of alternative milks available, and a bit of a treat to have smoked salmon :) This was our second stay and we'll be happy to stay here again.

Great hotel in a nice part of Birmingham. Kerrie on the front desk was very welcoming and helpful. Rooms are spacious and clean. Breakfast buffet was very good. Highly recommended!

I needed to be close to the QE Hospital. This hotel was ideally situated, just a 15/20 minute walk away. The bedrooms are spacious and extremely clean. Staff are efficient and friendly. Would definitely stay here again if the need arose.

Good hotel in a convenient location for the university. The rooms were clean, and the stay was comfortable. Breakfast was decent.

The staff's attention is discriminatory, for several nights 1 they did not put towels, another night they left us without shampoo and they added water to the hand soap, additionally they checked what was served for breakfast, they checked every day very carefully. We left very sad, we couldn't wait to run away from this hotel, we were very bored.

It's a lovely hotel with a great breakfast and friendly staff. It's in a great location right by the university campus. It's a very clean hotel and a pleasure to stay at.

Visually appealing hotel with huge rolls of carpet in the lobby, ground floor drilling going on, and construction going on. Stocking is a standard for hotel rooms. Rather of vacuuming the carpets, there are scuff marks and coffee stains all over the walls. It's a filthy reaction. From the exterior, the hotel appears well-maintained

Well located within the University complex. Immaculately clean, well maintained, good service. Good bar, bar food and separate restaurant. Will stay again.

The rooms were nice and new, but I was disappointed to find hair everywhere. Such inadequate cleaning and the atmosphere of the staff is not very good, but it is not at the level of a ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️hotel.

Generally, I had a lovely stay. My room was upscale, comfortable and clean. I enjoyed a tasty meal in the bar area one evening. I did however have some difficultly getting the heat to come on when I needed it, but I was comfortable enough.

The hotel is clean and the room is big for one person. The hotel provides water, coffee, and tea in the room. The bar in the lobby is great too.

I stayed at the hotel to attend a conference at Birmingham University. Cleanliness, location, transportation and all other features are very good. Additionally, the employees are really friendly and helpful.

In all honesty the price of the hotel was not worth it. I paid £185 for my room for me and my partner but the room was shockingly under budget. The room was big but that was all. The bed was basically a double bed, The room stank and smelt like someone had been using the toilet before we got in there, you could hear everyone outside the room and everyone walking and talking around outside the hotel. I would never recommend anyone paying more than £80 for the big room.
