Great location to see the sightseeing of the city in center . Breakfast large choice and good service as well . My kids love the breakfast.

It's a nice hotel. Everything you need is there. Good city part around. But the devil was hidden in the details. 1) Upon checking in, I discovered hair from a trimmed beard in the shampoo holder on the sink (while I was yelling and running around in circles my partner had just rinsed it off). 2) Centuries of dust on the shelf and TV. 3) The clock on March 01, 2024 is still set one hour ahead. at 8:40pm I get dressed and run out to a meeting by 9pm. which as it later turns out will be in 1.20 minutes. Answer: the technician is no longer at the hotel today, we will let him know. March 04, 2024, at the time of our departure, the clock is still showing the wrong time. And I thought: "ok we can live with that". BUT 3) The room is hot, it's really hot. We Germans and so used to sleep at +17 degrees at night (save money energy and its healthy))). Also my the partner does not tolerate the heat at all (Also if you have age changes or something else... It could be horror). The answer from the hotel: "It's winter, the air conditioner only works for heating". This we find out after we have been "cooling" for a day and a half (but the hotel description has 138 rooms with air conditioning!?). 4) We get a fan to cool down. 5) I discover that the sheets are 50 percent and the pillows are 52 percent synthetic. ((at this point, I realize why they are so sweaty and sweltering to sleep in. I know its subjective). This hotel recived 3 out of 5 in my rating. P.S.: The glasses were not washed perfectly (it's just gazpacho, not oil paint and black tea) The toilet paper holder is positioned so that you hit it with your butt every time you sit down on the toilet, and when you sit down it rests on your chest

Excellent hotel - excellent value for money We were very pleased with our stay. Excellent value for money: reasonable price, great location - everything is close by, including attractions, transport and good restaurants. The service is at a high level: the staff is friendly, quickly responds to any requests. The breakfasts were a pleasant surprise - fresh products, good choice, everything is delicious. The rooms are clean, neat, with a nice design and everything you need for a comfortable stay. The only small minus is that the soundproofing with the corridor could be better. If someone passes by or talks in the corridor, it is audible. But if you do not sleep until late and get up around 8-9 am, then this will not cause much discomfort. Overall - a great place for a short or long stay. We would be happy to come back again.

This Mercure Bilbao has many disadvantages besides its convenient location. The air conditioning in the room is too bad. It doesn't cool at night. And there is a strange smell. The bed sheets and quilt covers in the room are not washed clean. They are very dirty and uncomfortable.

The room design is very French, bright and warm. The hygiene is good. The location is very convenient, and the surrounding restaurants and shopping are convenient. The Guggenheim is also within walking distance. The only drawback is that the middle of the bed is a bit soft, and the waist is sore when sleeping. The restaurant breakfast selection is limited, and there is room for improvement.

Mercure Bilbao has parking for 20 euros. The hotel is quiet and not too far from the old town or the Guggenheim Museum. Breakfast is available, and if you don't have breakfast, you can have it in the spacious bar area next to the reception. The address of Ctrip navigation is at the entrance of the hotel parking lot, and you have to go up the stairs to the reception. The city has gradients, a bit like Chongqing.

The hotel is in a very good location, right in the city center, and it is very convenient to go to museums and art galleries. The hotel has its own parking lot, where you can pay for parking, and the price is quite reasonable. The room is very comfortable and the service is very warm. It is worth recommending.

Excellent value for money. Very good breakfast. Very attentive staff. Spa with extra cost of €15, the “steam” part is at a lower temperature than appropriate, the pool part is very good. The gym only has one machine, treadmills and bicycles. Spacious room and hotel with many details that make the stay more pleasant

The room was clean and spacious, with hot chocolate to warm your stomach in winter. The front desk enthusiastically recommended tourist routes, and it took ten minutes to walk to the Guggenheim Museum. It was very pleasant to walk along the river.
