This is a little gem in Biei. It gave me cute little cozy wooden hut in the snow kind of vibe. Iooking out from the dining area and our room, the view was fantastic and breathtaking. Few things to highlight
1. Affordable cost.
2. Quite and peaceful space where you can sink in and enjoy at your own pace
3. Beautiful snowy farm view
4. Clean and spacious room
5. Polite and thoughtful staffs who can communicate in Mandarin is a plus point
6. Complimentary breakfast made by the chef was yummy. Thanks to the chef who also specially prepared a vegan set meal for my mother
7. Coffee beans, coffee grinder and tools for drip coffee making is prepared in the room for guests
8. Spacious parking space
However, for old people who are weak and unfit to carry heavy luggages up and down the stairs might suffer a little as the hotel doesn't have a lift access to the bedrooms on the second floor..
The hotel bed is not as comfortable as other hotels in Japan.
Overall, I love my stay in this hotel and would be glad to revisit this place.

Second stay, great and I love it! This time I stayed in a villa. I lived in a three-story villa by myself. The villa was very new and comfortable, with beautiful surroundings. The B&B had free bicycles, which was great! The service was also very good and nice!

Super place! It is worth staying for one night ~ A very worthwhile accommodation in Hokkaido. You can add dinner, which will be like a Western set meal, and feel the chef's attentiveness

It's a very cute secret place to stay. The atmosphere is warm and cozy. There are many photo spots with great views of the snowy mountains. It's also not crowded.

It is a B&B run by ********* and speaks Chinese. Dinner and breakfast are charged separately. Dinner is 4,500 yen and breakfast is 1,500 yen. I went there once in autumn and winter, and the food has not changed. If you are staying consecutively or going there for the second time, it is recommended to inform the owner in advance, and they will update some dishes for you. The room is a bit old and the public bathroom on the first floor is not open. If you have a car at night, it’s very convenient to go to Shinei-no-oka to watch the stars!

The reception in the breakfast room was warm, with welcome tea and a magnificent view of the mountains. We rented a villa for four nights. The villas are very quietly situated in a beautiful landscape, ours with a view of the forest. The parking lot is right next to the villa. Upon arrival, the accommodation was a bit chilly, but the air conditioning on each floor quickly brought it back to a comfortable temperature. However, we were questionable about the moving cameras integrated into each air conditioning unit. Our villa was very sparsely furnished: no glasses, and above all, absolutely no storage space for clothes, so we had to live out of our suitcases. There is room for improvement here, but the space is available. We received glasses without any problems upon request. Breakfast time must be arranged upon arrival; punctuality is requested to ensure the quality of the food! Breakfast is served half an hour later, which brings us to our main criticism. The portions offered are too small, with one slice of toast per person. Butter and exactly two types of jam are laid out as per the count. No refills available. Drinks were also refilled hesitantly. Despite being on time, the hot portion of the food was only lukewarm. We would have preferred a slightly different experience.

Taiwan B&B sets foot in Hokkaido, Japan! Friends who like lavender forest and slow B&B, come with me to unpack Hokkaido Slow B&B. Five quick thoughts: 1. Enjoy the great view of Biei, surrounded by white birch and snow scenery 2. The B&B was designed by Kenta Sano, a disciple of Toyo Ito, with a large number of floor-to-ceiling windows and wooden building materials, which integrate the indoor and outdoor spaces 3. The B&B housekeepers are all ********* and provide all-Chinese services 4. Two air conditioners and two electric heaters in the room will definitely not make you feel cold 5. Although it is not easy to arrive, it will be worth it after staying here /Check-In/ 1. Free shuttle service from Biei Station to the B&B can be booked 2. Check-in is fast and all in Chinese /Room type/ Room 301, Shirakaba-an Villa 1.17 pings of space are spacious and comfortable, and the second floor is super high with good lighting 2. Super large floor-to-ceiling windows to enjoy the magnificent snow scenery of Biei hills 3. The bathroom is separated into dry and wet areas and equipped with a large bathtub 4. There is a washing machine 5. There is a small kitchen for simple cooking and grinding coffee /Meals/ <Dinner> 1. A five-course meal carefully prepared by the chef 2. Hokkaido ingredients are used, and the portion size is amazing 3. The staple food and main course are quite salty, so they are good side dishes <Breakfast> 1. The chicken thighs are delicious and the seasoning is not too salty 2. Breakfast is an individual set meal, but it is quite filling /Experience/ In the snow-capped forest, there is a dreamy forest cabin hidden, that is the Slow Birchwood Villa. You can enjoy the magnificent snow scenery through the floor-to-ceiling windows in the room. The ********* butler who speaks all Chinese can communicate without any obstacles even in Japan. There is sufficient indoor heating so you won't feel cold. The traffic is far, but it is definitely worth it. The villa costs NT$4,000 per night for two people. Staying here for one night made me fall in love with Biei's snowy scenery. I hope I will have the opportunity to come here again to see all four seasons. 📍 Slow Bed and Breakfast Hokkaido Obelju Homestay Obelju Homestay 🏠Japan〒071-0200 Hokkaido, Kamikawa District, Biei, Midori, Homestay

This time I went to Hokkaido and stayed at Slow B&B for four days and three nights. My husband and I stayed at Taiwan Slow B&B in Taiwan a few years ago and loved the peaceful life. This time I drove slowly to Hokkaido and I liked it very much. I was overjoyed👍🏼👍🏼 We stayed in a double bed suite with its own toilet and bathroom, which was convenient and sufficient, and the hot water supply was very good. The room is very beautiful and comfortable. The surprise is that it provides Hokkaido coffee beans, so you can make your own coffee! The two music CDs provided in the room are also very good and have enough privacy. The room has floor heating and a heater. Sometimes I even feel a little too warm. Well~ The accommodation fee includes breakfast. The food is simple, rich and delicious, and the portions are not big at all! We booked dinner at the B&B for two days, and I have to say it was a surprise! Generally, I think B&Bs provide more family-style meals, but these two days There are appetizers, staple dishes, main dishes, and desserts. It’s exactly like eating in a Western restaurant~ The quality is very good👍🏼👍🏼 They are all delicious and very cost-effective. The same meal in Hong Kong would probably cost twice as much! Great chat You know, it turns out that the B&B has its own pastry chef. No wonder the desserts are of very high quality. You can eat local Hokkaido ingredients here, including Biei pork and Sakurahime chicken, as well as scallops and a variety of fresh vegetables. I personally like scallop risotto and spaghetti with meat sauce! The same goes for Sakurahime chicken~ I already want to eat it again when I think about it. . The staff at the B&B are very kind and friendly, providing immediate assistance when needed and properly reserving space for guests. We all feel very good about it. Next time we have the opportunity, we will continue to enjoy the tranquility and slow leisure time in Hokkaido!
