This is a little gem in Biei. It gave me cute little cozy wooden hut in the snow kind of vibe. Iooking out from the dining area and our room, the view was fantastic and breathtaking. Few things to highlight 1. Affordable cost. 2. Quite and peaceful space where you can sink in and enjoy at your own pace 3. Beautiful snowy farm view 4. Clean and spacious room 5. Polite and thoughtful staffs who can communicate in Mandarin is a plus point 6. Complimentary breakfast made by the chef was yummy. Thanks to the chef who also specially prepared a vegan set meal for my mother 7. Coffee beans, coffee grinder and tools for drip coffee making is prepared in the room for guests 8. Spacious parking space However, for old people who are weak and unfit to carry heavy luggages up and down the stairs might suffer a little as the hotel doesn't have a lift access to the bedrooms on the second floor.. The hotel bed is not as comfortable as other hotels in Japan. Overall, I love my stay in this hotel and would be glad to revisit this place.

Second stay, great and I love it! This time I stayed in a villa. I lived in a three-story villa by myself. The villa was very new and comfortable, with beautiful surroundings. The B&B had free bicycles, which was great! The service was also very good and nice!

Super place! It is worth staying for one night ~ A very worthwhile accommodation in Hokkaido. You can add dinner, which will be like a Western set meal, and feel the chef's attentiveness

It's a very cute secret place to stay. The atmosphere is warm and cozy. There are many photo spots with great views of the snowy mountains. It's also not crowded.

It is a B&B run by ********* and speaks Chinese. Dinner and breakfast are charged separately. Dinner is 4,500 yen and breakfast is 1,500 yen. I went there once in autumn and winter, and the food has not changed. If you are staying consecutively or going there for the second time, it is recommended to inform the owner in advance, and they will update some dishes for you. The room is a bit old and the public bathroom on the first floor is not open. If you have a car at night, it’s very convenient to go to Shinei-no-oka to watch the stars!

The reception in the breakfast room was warm, with welcome tea and a magnificent view of the mountains. We rented a villa for four nights. The villas are very quietly situated in a beautiful landscape, ours with a view of the forest. The parking lot is right next to the villa. Upon arrival, the accommodation was a bit chilly, but the air conditioning on each floor quickly brought it back to a comfortable temperature. However, we were questionable about the moving cameras integrated into each air conditioning unit. Our villa was very sparsely furnished: no glasses, and above all, absolutely no storage space for clothes, so we had to live out of our suitcases. There is room for improvement here, but the space is available. We received glasses without any problems upon request. Breakfast time must be arranged upon arrival; punctuality is requested to ensure the quality of the food! Breakfast is served half an hour later, which brings us to our main criticism. The portions offered are too small, with one slice of toast per person. Butter and exactly two types of jam are laid out as per the count. No refills available. Drinks were also refilled hesitantly. Despite being on time, the hot portion of the food was only lukewarm. We would have preferred a slightly different experience.

Breakfast is an individual set meal, but it is quite filling /Experience/ In the snow-capped forest, there is a dreamy forest cabin hidden, that is the Slow Birchwood Villa. You can enjoy the magnificent snow scenery through the floor-to-ceiling windows in the room. The ********* butler who speaks all Chinese can communicate without any obstacles even in Japan. There is sufficient indoor heating so you won't feel cold. The traffic is far, but it is definitely worth it. The villa costs NT$4,000 per night for two people. Staying here for one night made me fall in love with Biei's snowy scenery.
