Great location, nice food and cozy room

Very pleasant personal at the reception. First time in my life then I should make a deposit. Strange but not critical

The hotel is nice and close to the city's pedestrian street. There are many restaurants on the pedestrian street at night, with many choices

The room is clean and spacious. The breakfast is rich in variety.

Convenient location, the only 24-hour currency exchange in the city. Super clean rooms, especially the cleanliness of the bathroom! Not a single streak or trace of water drops. Excellent room cleaning: always fresh towels, made bed, new bottles of water and tea, toilet paper and sanitary cups are changed. There are dental sets. The spa was a pleasant surprise: a dry and steam sauna, a new jacuzzi, a salt room. Equipped fitness room. Friendly staff, speaks Russian. Available by phone at any time. Nice view from the window. Varied cuisine in the restaurant. This is the only place I stay in Bialystok! Of the minuses: slippers are only in VIP rooms, there are no shaving sets.

The location of the hotel is very good, and the hotel's own restaurant is famous locally. The front desk service is very friendly and the breakfast is also good. The building itself is an old construction from 1953, so the corridors are a bit scary, but the interior of the rooms has been renovated quite well. The quilt is similar to the German standard single quilt. I can only cover it with 2 quilts sideways, so points will be deducted for facilities and equipment.

Old world charm in the heart of the city with friendly, helpful staff. This is our fourth stay and we will be back. Breakfast buffet is a feast. Thanks to all the staff and happy Christmas to a great group of people who make their guests very welcome and comfortable

Great hotel in Central Bialystok , well deserves its four star rating Everything about this hotel is top class Rooms are immaculate, comfy beds and pillows ,great room service and a quality restaurant serving local and regional dishes. Staff are very organised and speak good English . Plenty of on site secure parking .

Interesting, quirky old hotel, with nice pool/restaurant area and great views from the roof terrace, though there are no other public areas. Superior Room 102 (and similar) small, dark and poky, with inadequate furnishings and storage and not much privacy. There are obviously better rooms available... for a price. Good staff, but breakfast selection underwhelming. We stayed here 12 years ago and liked it, but the hotel now seems to aiming for an upmarket, boutique status with prices to match. There is better value elsewhere.

Already my second time here and again I was very happy with my stay. The room is beautiful and spacious. The service is always good. The location is perfect at the heart of the city within a close walk to all the attractions. Next time I come to Bialystok, I will choose this hotel again.

Nice and easy, lots of nightlife and good restaurants and bars around, shopping centers walking distance, churches in neighborhood, car parking very easy, own parking space, rooms goods and spacious, easily enjoyable

A charming, slightly old-fashioned hotel within walking distance of the Opera House and Palace. The staff are all friendly and helpful, and the rooms are good. The restaurant is excellent, and Bella, the robot waiter, will amuse while you await the fine food

I stayed for a week during a business trip. Good hotel, international level, attention to customers who are never intrusive. Adequate and welcoming rooms. has a restaurant with an excellent chef, good breakfast. The hotel also offers a basement floor with gym, Finnish and wet sauna, jacuzzi and relaxation room. Everything would be perfect but... Unfortunately, there is a lack of essential control by the staff and information to customers on the necessary rules in the SPA: too often customers are ignorant of correct behavior and I have found that those who do not use towels in the sauna do not take a shower and entered sweaty directly into the jacuzzi, others with whiskey and music in the sauna. I recommend greater control to guarantee essential tranquility and relaxation, the risk is of losing rating despite the good standard of the hotel.
