Bon hôtel

Firstly I rarely review hotels even though I spend around 50 nights a year in hotels, this hotel is quite frankly the worst I have ever stayed in. Hotel is undergoing a major refurbishment at the from of the hotel but remains open. You walk through an open building site complete with electric and dat cable hanging precariously from what was the ceiling.The floors have been ripped up and are dangerous. The corridor to the "food" room is an open building site com plate with dehumidifiers and fans running loudly 24/7. There is a fouled smell of untreated sewerage present but particularly in our bedroom. I have to say the staff were brilliant bearing in mind the environment they had been forced to work in by IBIS. I wrote a pleasant e mail to IBIS only receive a patronising response which said ( in its entirety). "Good Afternoon Mr. Austin, Thank you for taking the time to share your experience following your stay with us on January 10th. Feedback from our guests is extremely valuable as it helps us to continuously improve. We understand that the ongoing refurbishment works may have affected your stay, and we sincerely regret any inconvenience caused. Please note that all our guests are informed of the renovation works in advance, and we have taken every possible measure to ensure that our services remain accessible and adapted to the situation. In accordance with our policy, we are unable to offer a refund. However, if you are considering returning after the renovations are complete, it would be a pleasure to welcome you back to our newly refurbished facilities. Once again, we apologize for any inconvenience and thank you for your understanding during this period of renovation." I was certainly not pre warned about the condition of this hotel, if I had I wouldn't have stayed there. The "food room" was meeting room with a couple of table installed. You had to navigate the building site to access the room as well which was quite frankly a dangerous joke, pictures below.

We stayed here on our way to Spain. We stayed there with two adults and an one year old. There was no baby bed available, room is small so our own baby bed didn’t fit. The beds aren’t very comfortable. Room was clean enough. Breakfast was very limited and the things that where there tasted as if they where a day old already. Also a lot of broken furniture. So it is highly unlikely that we will come again.

Room with very little charm. The hotel is very noisy. We had to go see the neighbors who had dogs that barked non-stop. We saw the caretaker to check in and then he was nowhere to be found. The rooms are not very comfortable, the amenities minimal for the price. Improvements need to be made, creaky door, broken curtain... When we arrived, our daughter's bed was not made, we had to do it ourselves. On the other hand, breakfast is quite adequate and the room rather pleasant. Many things were empty, we had to go see the person to ask them to replenish fruit salad, orange juice, bread, etc. The value for money for the night is really disappointing if I can avoid staying at ibis budget hotels from now on, I will.

Decent hotel. Room a bit small but fine for one night. The hallways could use a bit of a refresh. Friendly receptionist, and the breakfast attendant is also nice. Decent breakfast. Overall, a decent hotel.

En rentrant dans ma chambre le soir, j’ai eu la très désagréable surprise de constater que la porte de ma chambre n’était pas verrouillée. Cela signifie que, pendant toute mon absence, ma chambre est restée accessible à n’importe qui, avec les risques que cela implique en matière de sécurité de mes effets personnels et de ma propre intégrité. Je suis choqué qu’un tel manquement puisse se produire dans un hôtel qui se veut professionnel et fiable. Ce type d’incident constitue une faute grave et inacceptable en matière de sécurité hôtelière. Je vous demande donc de bien vouloir me fournir des explications claires et détaillées sur la manière dont une telle négligence a pu se produire, ainsi que sur les mesures que vous comptez prendre pour que cela ne se reproduise plus. Hôtel très bien, merci à Maurine pour le service personne à l’écoute et très professionnel au bar ou à table ça bonne humeur nous a fait passer un excellent moment parmis vous ! merci 👍🏼 Juste un peu déçu par l’entrecôte qui malheureusement était bourré de gras petit bémol la dessus !

Très correct pour le prix , malgré la proximité de la route.avec possibilité de restauration au Campanile d'en face proche de la sortie d'autoroute.,...........................................................................

ibis très moyen, sans charme. accueil correct sans plus. pas de boisson offerte pour les porteurs de la carte accor. chambres sans deco, basique. bien situé sortie autoroute. petit dej standard ibis. le plus la piscine. donc des efforts a faire pour les clients réguliers avec carte accor et deco des chambres a travailler.

Réveillé par la perceuse dans la chambre d’à côté le matin à 9h30 😡 pendant les vacances. Pas très adapté pour un hôtel, les travaux le matin. Ne reviendrai pas dans cet établissement. Réglage de la douche compliquée passage du chaud au froid instantanément

Très bien, bonne literie très propre chambres rénovées récemment,petit déjeuner buffet très bien rapport qualité prix parfait. Le gérant très sympathique !!!

No lo recomiendo en absoluto, seguramente en tu coche duermas mejor. Hotel con retrete metido en un armario muy muy pequeño, con manchas. Manchas en la habitación, mampara pequeña con lo cual el agua se caí a todos lados. La limpiadora se dejó una ventana abierta de par en par en una habitación que daba a una terraza compartida con las demás habitaciones de la misma planta, con lo cual, cualquier persona de mi planta podría haber entrado a mi habitación y robarme mis enseres( suerte tuve de que no pasó) porque nos fuimos a las 8 y vimos a la limpiadora en la habitación de enfrente limpiando y volvimos a las 22:00horas y nos vimos con la sorpresa de encontrarnos la ventana abierta de par en par cuando nosotros la habíamos dejado cerrada. Nos cambian de habitación ( sin terraza ), pero con pestillo inservible que no llegaba a su sitio y estaba de adorno( como muestro en la foto ). Más manchas en la habitación y el aire acondicionado apagandolo siguió haciendo ruido toda la noche. Nos ponemos en contacto con los responsables del hotel a través de un email que nos facilita la recepcionista, nos contestan y nos dicen que más tarde contactaran con nosotros... Mentira a dia de hoy les he vuelto a escribir y no recibo respuesta ninguna. Son unos impresentables. No lo recomiendo en absoluto. Eso si, la chica de recepción súper profesional, empática y nos intentó ayudar. Le doy un 10 , mientras que al hotel por estas cosas le doy un 0.

Accueil parfait la demoiselle était très gentille, souriante. Pour deux avec petit déjeuner 150€ le petit déjeuner est à volonté mais pas grand choix. Les chambres sont biens mais petites. La douche est minuscule si vous êtes obèse ou juste gros comme NS vous ne serez pas à l'aise. La literie est bonne. Mais après c'est propre
