Coral View Island Resort Reviews

Coral View oli ihana erityisesti sijaintinsa vuoksi. Hotellin edestä avautui suoraan korallipuutarha ja merenalainen maisema. Vietin kolme päivää snorkkeli kasvoilla vedessä. Yhden päivän ajan satoi kaatamalla koko päivän, ja sen päivän vietin sisällä mökissä, koska hotellien ravintoloita lukuunottamatta muuta tekemistä ei ollut. En tiedä, onko koko saarella esimerkiksi hierontaa tms saatavilla sadepäivien varalle. Mökki oli ok, melko vaatimaton, mutta siisti. Jos pidät snorklaamisesta ja kaipaat lomaltasi oikeastaan vain sitä, tämä on sinun paikkasi. Snorklasin myös laiturin toiselle puolelle kilpikonnia katsomaan, mutta en nähnyt yhtään. Hotellin edessä olevissa koralleissa voit kuitenkin nähdä pieniä, suloisia rauskuja. Muista olla koskematta koralleihin!

If you are deciding between Coral View Resort, The Barat, and Perhentian Island Resort (PIR), then start at Coral View Resort. Go to the Barat to eat and go to the beach to PIR (both just with a few seconds walking distance). Coral View Resort has a great location, there are no red flags. I could recommend it. Only notice that there is no wifi in the room and 4g is not great. Also notice showers aren't great, water is either too hot or too cold and doesn't last for too long! Enjoy Perhentian Besar, it's a great place!

Satisfied with the stay. The room was spacious, my kid was really happy with the pool inside the room. The premium seaview with pool room is really awesome. Will definitely come back again

The hotel is great. The room was very spacious and we had our own pool. They cleaned the pool and room every day and refilled our water bottles daily. Wi-Fi is only available in the common area. At PIR Beach, we saw tons of colorful fish, clownfish, blacktip reef sharks, rays, giant parrotfish... The local food was good, although it's quite expensive compared to Malaysian prices. We had a health problem, and they were really great. Mrs. Faridah and the rest of the staff were very attentive at all times.

We had a wonderful stay at Coral View. A bungalow nestled in a well-tended, flowery garden. We woke up to monitor lizards :) Lovely staff and delicious meals. Beautiful, well-appointed beaches.

We spent three incredible nights at this hotel. The location is fantastic, nestled between heavenly beaches, tranquility, and nature; we couldn't have dreamed of a better place. You won't find a better place for snorkeling: turtles are just a few meters from the hotel's beach. We were also lucky enough to see sharks on the half-day excursion for only €10 per person! Our stay wouldn't have been so good without the attentive staff, who were always there to help us throughout our stay. We recommend this hotel without hesitation.

The perfect hotel for the Perhentian Besar. After struggling to decide on a hotel, I chose this one, and without a doubt, it's the best on the island in every way. The entire staff is delightful, especially the front desk staff, who resolved a problem I had with booking through Trip.com. The room descriptions clearly didn't match the actual hotel room descriptions, and the room I was assigned wasn't the one I thought I'd booked.

The room is big and has two swimming pools, but there is a musty smell in the room. The surrounding sea is also good for diving. I had two meals at CV, the taste was OK, the environment was good, and the sea breeze was very comfortable.

service is excellent. after going to neighboring hotel restaurants, we realized that the food in Coral is better, and a little cheaper. They accept Russian UnionPay cards (and in neighboring Barat too). unfortunately, near Coral, most of the corals are dead, and there are not many fish. for a good snorkel, you had to swim quite far. I do not recommend taking the cheapest rooms. Some of them are too small, others can be inconveniently located or on the mountain. we had to change our room to a more expensive one with an extra charge. but overall the impressions are very good. p.s.: the hotel has a "non-alcohol" policy. even beer nearby can only be bought in Barat for 18 ring/can

Surprisingly, it has a private swimming pool. It is much bigger than the rooms in PIR. I am satisfied!
