The room is large and quiet. The service staff in the hotel restaurant are very warm and friendly. They also gave my daughter small toys and puzzles, which is very loving. The breakfast is very rich. The location is very close to shopping and attractions. The hotel design has a strong sense of art. The music in the restaurant is great.

The hotel is in a very good location. I booked 2 nights in total. On the first day, the hotel gave me a beautiful city view with floor-to-ceiling windows. On the second day, I changed rooms because I booked separately. I was given a room near the end of the corridor. Unfortunately, at 8:00 and 10:00 in the morning, someone took a key (not a room card but a key) and opened my door (without knocking). The second time, I lay on the bed without clothes. Fortunately, I covered myself with a quilt. The room was very small and the door was facing the bed. The outside could see clearly. I was scared and called the front desk immediately. When I checked out, the front desk apologized and said that room service should not open the door without knocking. I stayed in 2 different hotels in Germany for three days, and the doors were opened without knocking in the morning. I wonder if this is normal in German hotels? ? It's terrible and not suitable for solo travelers.

The hotel staff are very friendly and understand the guests' needs. There is a large shopping mall downstairs with a concentration of high-end brands. There is a supermarket across the road. It is only 2 minutes away from the subway station.
