small and cosy room, the self check in was a good initiative, able to check in myself without the long counter queue. good stay for a nice sleep , it’s beside a drugstore and train station

The location is perfect, with easy access to the metro and nearby grocery stores. Anyway, there was something wrong with the air conditioning when I stayed there and it was already warm in Berlin, and the receptionist told they couldn't fix it till I left. However, I will choose this hotel again next time and will consider other countries as well; we simply need to ensure that the AC and heating are operational during your stay.

Location was perfect

The hotel location was very convenient! Just less than one minute from the Metro station. Very quiet and clean hotel. The pillow and bed were comfortable. Friendly and helpful staff. I Really enjoyed the Breakfast! Wifi connection was good too. Overall I’m fully satisfied and definitely come back soon.

Good location. Lots of shops next door. You can get to the center by subway. Subway right outside the door. Value for money is OK.

Although the hotel is not in the city center, the transportation is very convenient. There is a subway station just 10 meters away. It is not very convenient to take a taxi in Berlin. I have to take the subway. It is very good. The room is average, the restaurant is very large and the food is very rich.

I had a good impression of this chain hotel after staying in other places. I chose it again this time when I came to Berlin. The location is good, just at the exit of the subway station. However, I encountered a not very smart front desk. I already showed the check-in information on my mobile phone and said that I could not find the booking information. I did it. It was her own fault for half a day. What was even more unfortunate was that she arranged a room with a problem with the air conditioning. We asked to change rooms the next day and said we would have to wait until 3pm to get a room. Then we checked in again, although the room was still the same as other rooms. It's as clean and comfortable as the ones I've stayed in in the city, but the experience this time was not as good as before.

The shower head is broken. The air conditioning is broken. The cleaning comes in without knocking.

It's not bad to use it for a short time while traveling. Max for one or two days. Anything more than that can be a bit difficult because it's cramped and stuffy. However, it's worth the price. They give you a number, not a card key.
