The Hotel is very well situated in a quite area but also not far from sightseeing side's and Underground station's

I booked this for a three night stay in Berlin and had a lovely time. The room was dated, but clean, and the beds were very comfy. One issue we did have is that we were given an adjoining room that was locked from the other side. It was explained to us that only the hotel staff could open it, but it did feel strange until they explained. We didn't have breakfast but the restaurant looked nice. The best part was the location, it was a great place and we could walk to most attractions or get the u-bahn from right outside! I would definitely stay again.

Very good room, but the breakfast was the biggest disaster ever. We weren't given any space at first because there were far too few tables for such a large hotel. The staff tried hard, but were clearly overwhelmed by the crowds at the buffet, which is the size of an apartment kitchen. The coffee machine was constantly on strike, the scrambled eggs were always gone. When the day starts like this, you're angry as a guest. This breakfast, which was also not convincing in terms of quality, is a good reason not to book this hotel in the future.

It was very clean, had a bathtub so I could relax after a long day of travel, and I was also very happy to have a sauna.

The environment is good, the rooms are nice, the transportation is convenient, and it is a pleasant experience.

The suite is quite standard and comfortable. There are several restaurants next to it, the food is good. It is very close to Museum Island. I walked all the way to visit the museums on Museum Island.

The hotel service is almost good, but the hotel facilities are relatively old and the sound insulation of the rooms is not very good. Overall good, very close to attractions.

The hotel is very close to the subway station, which makes travel very convenient. This time I chose a superior twin room, which is spacious and bright, with a large bathroom and very comfortable to stay in. The front desk service is warm and welcoming.

The hotel is over twenty years old, but it is very clean and there is a large selection of delicious things for breakfast, with great emphasis on sustainability. It is in a top location in Berlin Mitte on the Spree, where it is very quiet. All sights can be easily reached on foot or using the nearby subway or bus. Beautiful restaurants are within walking distance, and there is a good oriental restaurant in the hotel. It is also worth mentioning that there is a free bottle of water and beer in the minibar every day.
