Was a 3 night stay, didn't use much of facilities, but it's a proper city hotel, clean with kind staff! Can only recommend!

The hotel is a bit older and looks dated, but it is clean and inviting. The beds are very comfortable. The noise from the minibar was disturbing at night (how is it even working when it is empty?), otherwise it was very quiet. We found the breakfast disappointing, contrary to the other reviews. Lots of convenience products, no fresh spreads apart from hummus and quark, little choice of bread rolls. It was okay, but don't expect fancy, fresh, sumptuous homemade food. We thought that was a shame, as the hotel was really great. The restaurant that serves breakfast could put a little more effort into fresh food

A very cost-effective hotel. The facilities are a little bit old, but they are clean and the service is satisfactory. The location is very good. It takes less than 10 minutes to walk to the Frankfurter Allee subway line 5. Almost all the famous attractions in Berlin are on this line. It is also accessible by Sbahn line 42/8/9.

Excellent hotel, quiet and clean. All you can eat breakfast, a little pricy but excellent choice and quality. Very friendly staff, nice sweets on reception (!), walking distance from the mainline West train station (20 mins) and the subway. Recommended.

Great location for public transport and a visit to the nearby Stasi Museum. The room was spotlessly clean and very comfortable and I was very happy that a good hairdryer was provided. The staff at breakfast and the staff in reception were very friendly and helpful, particularly Kerim and Khaled. I would definitely book here again if I am in Berlin.

Spacious rooms with great views of the city. Central location and easy access to public transportation. Friendly, helpful staff. Easy check in and check out. No breakfast on site but next door in the excellent Italian restaurant. Highly recommended for a longer stay.

The hotel was amazing and the breakfast is an amazing buffet with so many choices! The only downside was no exercise area.

Clean hotel, quite a long way from the city centre in a bit of a run down area. Easy transport links with underground and overground stations all within a 5-10 minute walk. We booked breakfast as an option which was simple continental breakfast at the adjoining Italian restaurant.

We stayed here to go to the Christmas markets. The location is great and easy to hop on the underground. An Aldi across the road is good for snacks. The hotel restaurant was brilliant. We had a lovely meal and very good value for money. The staff were Very accommodating and excellent and it was my daughter's birthday and they made a fuss of her which was lovely. Overall very pleased with the room. Had all the things we needed. Not luxury but comfortable

Hotel and staff were excellent. Ideal location for us. Plenty of public transport a very short walk away. Rooms in hotel were great, plenty of space, fridge, kettle and tea/coffee facilities provided. And a safe if required. Rooms were also very clean. No noise at all either. Brilliant for a city hotel. I do love this hotel and will be back at the first opportunity.

Very helpful desk staff on Wednesday 30.10.24, who helped me with my parking in the area. Check-in was quick and efficient, room was ready, breakfast was full of choice, staff were attentive and were responsive to requests, a pleasant stay allround.

We were in Berlin for the wedding of my cousin. We stayed in NH Berlin City Ost. It was an incredible experience. The receptionists (both the Turkish guy (sorry dont' remember his name) and Niloufar) have been really really helpful. We asked if we could have our rooms early , which they kindly did. We needed two extra two rooms for our guests who came to Berlin and they were not happy with their hotels. These receptionists arranged those rooms quickly without any issues. I would definitely stay in this hotel if I go back to Berlin.

Excellent hotel given the very reasonable price. Good location (Berlin Ost) for clubbing. Staff very welcoming and helpful. Spotlessly clean everywhere. I didn't book breakfast but will next time as standards seem very high.
