Well, it’s still acceptable with such pricing. It’s just missing out some equipments like dryer, toothpaste and etc

The hotel is conviniently located, often close to shopping malls, restaurants, and popular tourist spots in Hatyai. The room is comfortable, with good facilities such as air conditioning, cozy beds, and ample space for relaxation. The hotel staff is very accommodating.

I don't know why 3 star hotel has no basic facilities like kettle. Need to make milk for toddler but no kettle in the room. Luckily at the receptionist area there is a boiler that we can take hot water. Took Tuk Tuk back from city centre but the driver didn't know the name of this hotel (obviously not that famous) so we had to use Google map to guide them back to the hotel. Receptionist can't converse that good in English so we had to use Google translate to communicate.

Room number 508 super super smelly in the toilet !!!! Still have some long hair stick on the bed and dusty really dirty ! Don’t think they have change the bedsheet and pillows sheet ! Last minute booking and no more room available to change! Room number 510 toilets lamp too dark and another one lamp out of service but never come and change ! 😒😒😒😒😒😒

A convenient hotel with nearby facilities, food and place of interest

Company meeting… last minutes booking I feel wasted and very bad … No breakfast but open booking says got breakfast.. very expensive rate at the time booking rm242 per day .. no dining table …. No chairs… Most of tuk-tuk are charging so much to central and from central.. and you need carry hotel card along if not the most of rides are don’t know the hotel name…. For me I’m not recommended for others… pls find nearby central or any others hotels….

Hotel cleaniness is good and rooms were clean. Keep it out and will come back to stay again.
