Wonderful hotel with great service. They help with your luggage once you get off the car. The private onsen was excellent with great view of the ocean. Must try the onsen at 1/F too as it oversee the whole infinity pool

The hotel environment is good. The hotel room faces the sea. The price is reasonable. One hotel and two meals. There are different restaurants every day. The food in the restaurant is of good quality. It is very close to Hell Valley. There are Starbucks and KFC opposite the hotel.

The hotel is in a remote location with a good view. You can see the Seto Inland Sea from the room. You can see the sea from the private bath and the large public bath in the room. The bath is nice and big. I don't know why the water in the private bath in the room is so hot, at least 70 degrees. My legs were burned red when I put them in and took them out immediately. I turned off the water outlet and it became cool and I could soak in it the next day. Lunch and dinner were ordered at the hotel restaurant. I felt that the waiters were not very friendly to Chinese people. I had to wait for half an hour for the lunch order. During this time, no glass of water or napkins were served. In the end, I had to go to the front desk to ask for them myself. But wet wipes and tea were given to every other table as soon as they sat down. The table reserved in advance for dinner was arranged in the corner, instead of being arranged by booking in advance. I didn't see any Chinese people in the hotel. It should be that there are more Japanese and Korean people staying. Beppu is not recommended. There is no place to play. Jigokudani is a joke compared to Noboribetsu. Fortunately, I only went to one.

When I made the reservation, most of the reviews I read said that the dinner and breakfast were delicious. Some even said that the dinner was a Japanese kaiseki meal, which was very exquisite and delicious. You shouldn’t miss it! So I booked a room with breakfast and dinner, which cost about more than 3,000 yuan. The net price is only about NT$2,300, which means it costs nearly NT$1,000 more including morning and evening meals. So, we are looking forward to dinner very much. However, the hotel arranged for us to eat "Indonesian Fried Noodles" and "Spanish Fried Rice" in a Western restaurant for dinner (please see the attached picture)! Who would expect to go to Japan to eat "Indonesian fried noodles" and "Spanish fried rice"! Moreover, Indonesian fried noodles taste extremely sweet, and even Indonesians may not like it! The seafood in the Spanish seafood fried rice is not fresh at all, the shrimps and mussels are really hard to eat! We were really disappointed! After that, I can only hope that the breakfast will be better. The breakfast is not as good as other Japanese hotels I have stayed in during this trip, but this one has the most expensive room! In conclusion, it is okay to book this hotel, but please consider it carefully when booking meals!

Sea view room, but the view is blocked by one third. It is the worst among the sea view rooms. I have a feeling that the room I booked this time always has a worse location or floor than the other rooms of the same level. I don't know if it has something to do with Ctrip. The hot spring ♨ feels good, facing the sea, and I feel happy. The hotel lobby is also very interesting, with a great sea view design. You can only move around in the hotel, the hotel is next to a road, and there is no garden. It's a bit regrettable.
