3-Star Hotels in Benidorm

Just back after 10 nights here, after staying here for 10 days last October. Lovely hotel, excellent value and service. Excellent staff. Plenty of choice for breakfast, they do excellent bar snacks and drinks. Lovely pool area, which I spent lots of time around. If you go to the hotel side of the pool you get the sun all day from around 11-15. Lovely staff. The hotel is located central to the different areas of the Lavante beach area. 10 mins walk to beach, 15 back from beach, due to hill. About 10 to 15 minutes walk to Old town. Never walked to ***** area, but would say someone with decent walking speed could get there in 15 minutes, taxi about 7-8 euro. Hotel entertainment is geared to Spanish guests, didn't bother me as we went out every night. Hotel rooms good, comfortable beds, decent bathroom, bedroom and balcony. Fantastic free WIFI, excellent coverage throughout hotel, room and pool areas. Don't rely on TV to watch British channels, didn't bother us. My ONLY two slight negatives of the room is no kettle, so bring a kettle if you do want a cuppa in your room, and no fridge. However as the free Aircon is brilliant the bottles of water and pop kept cool enough. Don't expect a luxury hotel, especially for £50 a night for a couple for bed and breakfast. Excellent value. If you want luxury pay luxury prices. Didn't have any meals apart from breakfast so can't comment on what is available.

The apartments are very good, regular cleaning. Kitchen equipped with just enough, the truth is we were able to manage. Two 90 beds joined together served as a double bed. We were on the 13th floor and the views were spectacular, what I liked the most was the terrace, with a glass railing. The location is good, Out of the hustle and bustle, but close to everything. On a hill, views of it, the city and the Sea. You can use the facilities and activities of the hotel around the corner. Heated pool, sauna, gym, entertainment. The receptionists were very friendly and solved a problem with the reservation. If you come in summer, the apartments have swimming pools downstairs with a solarium area. In general it is very good. The building reaches the 33rd floor, it can be seen from any point in Benidorm, very high. There are vending machines with water and food.

Great little hotel right on the beach front next to shopping street. Great views from the balcony overlooking the sea and palm trees. Was a great place to stay and good value. Had breakfast at cafes nearby as I prefer that than in the dining room indoors (doesn’t have outdoor seating) especially as it’s all so close or just sitting with my own food on the lovely sunny balcony.

20-24th Sept… Benidorm with family & friends. Couldn’t fault this place to stay. Our apartment was a 2 bedroom, in tower 2 (3A). It was spotless clean, very spacious & had everything we needed for self-catering, complete with comforts. Beds were so comfortable, air conditioning was brilliant, balcony was large and overlooked Vincent’s corner pubs. Bathroom was very modern & spacious. 1 bedroom had two single beds and the other a small double. All of the staff were very friendly and approachable, always happy to assist. We arrived on the Friday off of a very early flight, and were given a space to store our luggage and get changed. Pool area was a smashing wee vibe and the guy doing the entertainment was such a good laugh with his high energy. Our apartment was ready by 2pm. The accommodation is perfectly situated for the beach front and the infamous *****, but equally provided some space away from the hustle and bustle. This was our first time at this Aparthotel and We will definitely be back next year. Thank you for such a wonderful stay.

Having just returned from an eleven night stay at the Levante Beach Apartments.we didn't know what to expect as on previous visits to Benidorm we have stayed in hotels.We were pleasently surprised as the two bedroom apartment was although dated very clean and had all the facilities we needed.Five minutes walk and we were on the beach,lots of bars and restaurants to choose from.The staff were excellent thanks to Sveta and GiGi for making our stay a pleasant one.Would we go back to Levante Beach Apartments yes definitely would no problem.

Visited benidorm many times to different hotels , Only came here due to the tv program and my granddaughters wishes. I had read the reviews and wasn't expecting too much. Firstly there wasn't a large amount of people queuing but it took 1.5 hours to check in . There are 5 lifts ,one of which broke down while we were in it ,one gentleman rattled there door and got it working again telling me it does it all the time. They are clearly tired . We was put on the 13th floor facing the main pool. On entering the room ,that's where the problems started . The room was small for a family room and was a struggle for us ,we only had 1 child with us. The child's bed was stuck in a corner but didn't fit so it had to put at a angle or you couldn't get past.The room was clearly not designed for 3 beds. There was a few broken items including air con adjuster .I got the air con to work by shoving a match in the hole. The room was just tired and needs modernising. The pool area is great ,the staff are great and keep everyone entertained but you still have the normal people queuing at 7am when the pool dosn't open till 9, No chance of getting a sunbed after 10 am , You also need to aware there is a lot of Spanish and are treated differently by the staff ,complaints go there way ,one occasion a knife was pulled out by a Spanish visitor to warn a English off, when reported nothing was done . If you are a smoker there is a small area for you too smoke ,makes you feel segregated but turned out to be ok really. You cannot eat food in the sunbeds . There is one restaurant and the food choice is pretty limited and not always warm ,worst I had in spain
