Great to be back again in this fab fab hotel. Staff so welcoming, I arrived late morning and left my case then got a call 1230 to say room ready! Brilliant! I like the rooms overlooking Gin Street! Great to people watch but it's a lovely area anyway. Location is so ideal for the many restaurants, gin bars (!), bars in the square and side streets, tapas alley (a must visit!) and several side road to the beach gets you there in a few mins walk. Rooms are cleaned to very high standard my cleaning lady was a diamond! The whole hotel has a very clean feel about it and many great attributes. Fab sun terrace roof overlooking the sea. Great bar facing gin street which serve the most amazing daiquiris! New this year is an adjoining tapas type bar at the rear of hotel with separate entrance or you can walk through by reception. It is absolutely wonderful. called Hop Cerveza. I had a fab club sandwich here on the day of the downpour (!) but had 2 amazing evening tapas dinners here. I chose to have breakfast as at only a few euros extra is worth it. Always something on with good choice to vary your selection each day. For 12 euro you can have a buffet style evening dinner here. Again decent choice and handy if your day runs late and like me you don't like to eat too late so no waiting at restaurants for courses. Hopefully back again next year same week as this one ! Stayed here for 1 month, on a BnB basis. Had a really good experience. Breakfast, although not exactly an English fry up, it was close enough. With the continental choice it provided more than enough range. Cleaning was efficient and thorough, the room was large and generally quiet, and check in was well organised. The hotel good for us, as it is not near the centre of Benidorm, but close enough, we had scooters, with buses direct to the airport below and a train station a 2mins walk. Superb. Not much noise from roudies, but when it did happen the staff reacted quickly, so only 1 nights problem. The culprit who we heard walking up the road to the hotel, and crashing through the corridors was evicted. Be warned, but good for guests. I would recommend and will return.

This is a very beautiful hotel, the gardens and pool areas are truly spectacular, however….. There is minimal service at the pools, it is difficult to get a drink and impossible to get any food or snacks which is a great shame as they could capitalise on this. Instead you are charged for changing your pool towel during the day €2 I believe which is pointless and only makes the customer angry at the meanness of such an expensive hotel. The pools are not heated - even the heated pool doesn’t feel heated. Although there are many restaurants they are not open every day - usually only one or two are open so it’s not quite the choice it appears. The quality of the food is poor and greatly overpriced. At the Italian restaurant the food was very poor except for the Mille Fueille dessert which was incredible - the pastry and the presentation were stunning. The main restaurant at the weekends is so overcrowded, it’s impossible to even get a pot of coffee as there are not enough staff. The room itself was the lowest available and perfect with a small garden. There wasn’t any milk for a cup of tea which would improve the stay for me anyway. I would like to say that one particular chap at the adult pool (at the bottom right of the gardens) he worked so hard all day keeping the beds, parasols and towels in order, keeping his customers happy - he was very conscientious about his job and really should be recognised for this. He worked Saturday and Sunday until around 4pm (that was 02/10/22) I would go back because the grounds and hotel in general are a treat for the eye but I would eat out elsewhere unless the prices are greatly reduced. Don’t be put off but be aware of a few faults which could be easily mended.

The apartments are very good, regular cleaning. Kitchen equipped with just enough, the truth is we were able to manage. Two 90 beds joined together served as a double bed. We were on the 13th floor and the views were spectacular, what I liked the most was the terrace, with a glass railing. The location is good, Out of the hustle and bustle, but close to everything. On a hill, views of it, the city and the Sea. You can use the facilities and activities of the hotel around the corner. Heated pool, sauna, gym, entertainment. The receptionists were very friendly and solved a problem with the reservation. If you come in summer, the apartments have swimming pools downstairs with a solarium area. In general it is very good. The building reaches the 33rd floor, it can be seen from any point in Benidorm, very high. There are vending machines with water and food.
