The hotel offers good value for money, with air-conditioned rooms and a satisfying breakfast. However, the cleanliness could be better, and the minibar does not cool properly, only keeping items cold.

Good value for money. The room had 2 single beds. I was alone, and it was perfect for me. The bed linens were clean. The room and bathroom were nice. The air conditioning worked well. There was a minibar that wasn't very powerful, but it kept the food cold. There were no products in the room, but there was water, soda, and beer at the reception for anyone who wanted to buy something. I preferred to buy something at a bakery that was nearby. My "close" may not be the same as "close" for others...lol. But it's on an avenue just above (Av. Portugal), about 1.3 km away. The bakery has everything, including self-service. I went for lunch and bought snacks for the afternoon and evening. On the way back, there's also a super fruit and vegetable market with very affordable prices for anyone who wants to buy fruit. Depending on the purpose of your trip, if you have the morning or afternoon free, there's a beautiful setting for a walk or a jog. Just cross the street. I didn't have any problems with noise during my stay. I was able to spend the day studying. There were a few guests who didn't have the manners to close the door slowly. I stayed on the 1st floor, apartment 203. From the side window, I could see part of the lake. The breakfast is simple but adequate... it has the basics (coffee, milk, juice, two types of fruit, bread, cheese, ham, cakes...) There's a sandwich maker to make you something. I can't say anything about parking, because I didn't have a car. So that's it! I went to take a test for a public exam, so for me it was easy and the service was good. If you don't want to walk, Uber shouldn't be expensive for that route.

Place with a view of the Pampulha lagoon, super clean room, and a great breakfast.

ABOUT THE LOCATION IN FRONT OF LAGOA DA PAMPULHA, VERY GOOD SERVICE WITH RECOMMENDATION OF A RESTAURANT VERY NEARBY, CLEANING OK, EVERYTHING OK, I RECOMMEND.

Basic hotel, with average rooms, good breakfast, bad location, far from everything, air conditioning doesn't work.

Everything is perfect, clean, simple but pleasant breakfast. Great value for money. A little far for those who don't have a car, but there is an app that picks you up there.

Simple coffee, internet and TV were out of order for a day, the room was not cleaned during the three days I stayed. Paid parking and very full, difficult to maneuver.

Wonderful hotel, everything very clean, located in a great location and with a beautiful view of Pampulha, I highly recommend it and will be back again.

The room was really bad... The air conditioning was broken and didn't work, there was no light for reading, there was no phone to talk to reception, you had to go there and talk to them, you had to get the blanket from reception (I've never seen that in a hotel lol), the bed wasn't a double bed, it was two single beds together, the minibar didn't have anything and it wasn't working, there were no bath sachets like shampoo and conditioner like there are in many hotels, and for a SIMPLE hotel there are a lot of rules that are the establishment's but you have nothing to do with that, terrible hotel. The breakfast had little variety, nothing to eat and I went early for breakfast, there weren't any good options. The service is terrible, they don't say good morning to you, they are not polite, they see that you are there and they don't answer you, you have to stop to call or solve a problem because they pretend you don't exist (especially the afternoon girl, at 1 pm), they have sour faces, they seem like they don't even want to be there working. It's really bad that the girls at the reception, the cleaning lady and the kitchen are polite. I do not recommend this establishment Thank you very much!

I liked the hotel, simple and very cozy. I booked it because I was going to take a test, and the test location was nearby. I will definitely return if I need to.

Nice hotel, friendly service, very clean rooms. The only negative point is that before booking it said there was free parking on site, but in fact we had to pay 30 reais to park the car on the grass, not even in a covered space, next to a coconut tree that could fall on the hood and cause a big loss. I recommend that the establishment not offer free parking, but rather paid parking on site. And it is worth noting that parking is prohibited on the avenue where the hotel is located, so you are forced to pay the 30 reais.

Bad reception I bought a room with a double bed and they gave me a room with 2 single beds

Excellent hotel, facing the Pampulha Lagoon, a quiet place, without noise. Simple cafe that serves very well. I want to go back one day...
