VERY CLEAN AND AFFORDABLE PLACE. RIGHT AT THE CENTER OF BELGRADE WHERE MOST OF THE ATTRACTIONS ARE. THE BREAKFAST IS GREAT AT THE HOTEL

The warm and friendly attitude of dear receptionist Peca, who hosted me in a very sincere manner, explaining in detail the places to visit and the restaurants to eat at, really impressed me, making me feel right at home. The hotel's location is excellent, and I think this is the most important aspect when you're in Belgrade. The time spent in the room is very limited, but of course, the amenities provided by the room are quite good. There is a double-glazing system, so the city noise doesn't come inside. The ceiling is very high, and the room design is very modern. The bathtub in the room enhances the overall appearance, and there is also an additional bathroom. I was very satisfied, and I know where I’ll be staying when I come to Belgrade again. What kind of view awaits you when you step out of the hotel? I've attached a photo (02.09.2024)

Bathtub was Great, however a lot of problems, no water bottles in the apartment which is very basic and common thing to have, not good WiFi connection, curtains were not hung properly so there was a lot of light going through and a very early check out at 11 o’clock.

The location is very good. The surrounding environment is very convenient for shopping and dining out. Banks, supermarkets, and restaurants are close at hand. You can see many important attractions within a 20-minute walk.

The room was ideal. Standing on the balcony, you can see the church and the tram passing by. There are many restaurants around. It's good. I will stay here again next time.

Configuration: A hotel of nearly 300 square meters: no table, no kettle, irregular room, a bit like a utility room. There are all kinds of footprints on the wall. There is a big glass window at the head of the bed, and there is not even a bedside table (too narrow to put it), so I have to put biscuits and water on the floor. Reservation: I booked a three-day double bed room on Ctrip.com, but it matched two days of double bed room and one day of basement, and the key is that it cannot be refunded. But... it was different when I moved in; one day of double bed room, two days of "utility room". Service: The communication was very clear when I moved in the first day. I was asked to come out at 11 o'clock the next day to change rooms. I came out at 10 o'clock the next day. As a result, the front desk thought I had checked out, collected the card and went to smoke! I asked to confirm that I didn't stay for two days, and it was okay to open it, but it had to wait until after 12 o'clock. I carried a bag and walked around for two hours. Don't talk about the whole process! When I left, the front desk helped me print the air ticket and travel bill. This service is okay!

Probably because there were no rooms available at the matching price, they gave me a room with a big bathtub, where I had a nice hot bath. Apart from that, the facilities are old, there is a balcony next to the main road, the sound insulation is not very good, the glass door is broken, and the curtains are also broken
