The room was so small that we couldn't even put down our suitcases and open them. We had no choice but to make do with it for one night without unpacking them! It was also very noisy! The breakfast was terrible and we wasted our money and checked out without eating.

The single room I stayed in was very comfortable overall. The bed was narrow, but the mattress was soft and the quilt was thin. The temperature at night in early September was just around 23 degrees. Bath towels and shampoo and bath products were provided, but no toothbrushes or slippers were provided. Tap water can be drunk directly. There is a minibar at the bedside. The internal beverages and water are charged high, so don't open it. The front desk service attitude is good and English communication is convenient. The breakfast is rich, but I am still a little tired of it after eating it for several days. Bread, various cheeses, ham, meat slices, scrambled eggs, yogurt, milk, coffee, juice, a typical continental breakfast. Secondly, the location of the hotel is amazing. It is very close to the business center and the Fortress Park. There are convenience stores and supermarkets downstairs, which is very convenient for buying water and snacks. However, although the sound insulation between the rooms is good, the sound in the corridor is not very good, and the sound of the linens can be heard. The hair dryer in the bathroom is low-powered, so you can ask the front desk for one. Remember to bring European or German plugs

The customer service attitude is very good, the English communication is smooth, the location is relatively convenient, not far from the square, fortress, and Danube River, and there are convenient restaurants around, and there are several Chinese restaurants nearby

The room with twin beds is extremely small, the bed is also small, the space on both sides of the bed is less than half a meter, if you want to open a large suitcase, you can only put it in the cabinet, don't close the cabinet door, the price-performance ratio is too bad, it may be in the city, although there are all kinds of streets and alleys and small shops, the room is too depressing, the view outside the window is an old building, it may be similar to the 7 Days in China, the breakfast is very average, there are more pastries

The room is too small... There is no door in the toilet and shower room, water will flow out, which is not good. The hair dryer is so noisy that it is bad. In addition, I advise everyone not to believe too much in Serbia. You will never come to this place again in this life.

Staff always available. Perfect location, however the room could have been a little larger and the shower is not the best

房間蠻乾淨,這個級別酒店裡,早餐可以説很好了。這個509房,衞生間的門方向開反了,開門正好擋住洗手枱,613不是這個方向,5樓其他敞着門未入住的房間也正常。

The hotel is in a very central location in the older part of town, adjacent to the castle and the pedestrianized area. There is a bus terminal in the nearby Student Square, and the tram line that circles the old town a couple of blocks away; there is also a taxi stand in Student square. Easy walking distance to most of the sights in the old town, and the cafes and restaurants in the old town neighborhoods. The area around has a few convenience stores and drugstores, and during the morning there is an exchange office in the lobby. The hotel itself has been renovated (it looks nothing like the street view image from Google maps!), and the top floor rooms (which are larger) are spacious and nicely furnished. The breakfast is excellent, wide selection of hot and cold items, and staff always around to clean and restock. People in the reception were helpful, and overall I had a very good experience with the hotel. Some suggestions for travelers to Belgrade, which I gathered from the web and verified myself. You will need some cash - you can pay mostly everywhere with a credit card / NFC by phone, but some bars and restaurants will only take cash. Oddly enough, the shuttle bus from/to the airport (A1) also only takes cash (and is not included in the bus passes, which you can only get via the Beograd+ application). Taxis are also relatively cheap, less than 25 EUR one way from the airport to the center. You can buy a mobile phone SIM at the airport to avoid roaming charges. In Belgrade smoking is allowed indoors, including cafes, restaurants and bars (and there is lots of smoking, in general). I did not have time to visit many places I wanted to, but I definitely recommend the national museum (which is half historical, half art museum) and the museum of technology - and, of course, the castle.

Good location. Good choice of breakfast. Room was clean but smell of sewerage from bathroom. Cigarette smoke in reception area was awful to walk into. Also beware they charge €40 to order taxi to airport!

We arrived at the Hotel, tired after an early morning flight. What we wanted was a comfortable room to rest, then get down to exploring Belgrade and we got just that. We want to thank Manager Jelena and her team of Jelena and Milos for sorting out a problem with our booking and giving us a very comfortable room. Thank you for your help.

The hotel is a great location, very central. The breakfast was poor, stale bread, rubbery eggs, dried fresh fruit, brown, curled up salad. The rooms are OK, but everything just felt a bit dark and dingy to me. I was trying to get excess water out of my face cloth, having already wrung it out. I exerted the lightest pressure on the sink and the whole thing collapsed on my foot as it obviously hadn't been secured in place! Not surprisingly I was happy to leave this hotel before any other accidents befell me!
