Europa Hotel Reviews

The hotel was conveniently located near the train station in downtown Belfast. The staff is friendly and accommodating. The room was spacious and clean. There is several pubs located across the street. The hotel piano bar was very nice. I would recommend a view facing the street from the front of the hotel.

Nice hotel, friendly staff.. great location. We parked the car in Vaule Car Park, which near the hotel and tidy place..

We were upgraded to a lovely room with a great bathroom. Very quiet. The staff were really friendly and helpful, making us very welcome. Parking was £18.00 for 24 hours at the value park, with the hotel discount.

A well-appointed hotel in the heart of Belfast. I would definitely recommend. A little tired around the edges in some aspects e.g. shower tap faulty, bath plug not connected to chain. More USB sockets needed.

Pillows need replaced pure lumpy had poor sleep. Also room was in had glass partition to bathroom which is not good idea why anyone wants to watch you on toilet bizzare for so called top class hotel. Seems lack of class inmo.

Great hotel, only the mug in the room had a dirty big crack down the inside of it

My favourite hotel everything was amazing

Europa Hotel and it's friendly staff always make my yearly visit to Belfast memorable. I have stayed at this hotel many times over the last 15+ years and always have a positive experience. The rooms are spacious, great breakfast buffet and the piano bar has such a lovely atmosphere. Looking forward to my next stay!

The Europa in my opinion has got quite tired and is in bed of a revamp of the Bedrooms … especially the executive rooms .. also the cleaning of the rooms is hit & miss .. pull out the beds and there is old debris .. no sanitary disposable bags in bathrooms - the complimentary tea/coffee tray is an absolute disgrace and so basic that I don’t know why they bother .. the complimentary water is room temperature and no fridges in rooms .. I have no idea why they have the star rating it has ..the standard is not what would be expected of such a hotel Which I feel is basking in the glow of years gone by .. and the prices are overly inflated… Come on Hastings you can do much better than this??

Really enjoyed our nights stay in the Europa-it was located right next to the panto we were going to. Close to all the shops and lovely restaurants too. The breakfast was delicious and the bed one of the most comfy I ever slept on!! Will def be back!!

Fabulous value for money.

Despite phoning in advance to advise he would be checking in around 2am, the hotel reception told my son there were only three rooms left with 5 people trying to check in, the room was paid for in advance to ensure availability. As a result some may have to go elsewhere. Luckily for him he secured a room, however when he entered the room there was already someone sleeping in the room. After a long journey this is not the level of service expected of a hotel like the Europa, not to mention the safety of the guest already sleeping in the room was compromised.

Everything is amazing and excellent.
