Housekeeping staff are horrible. Cleaning service in the room is bad, they dont wash the cups properly… towels were not clean… insects in the room…

This hotel is very cost-effective and has a clean and tidy environment. Although there is no breakfast, there are many restaurants around and it is very convenient to eat. And there will be no long-term power outages in the hotel, which is very rare in Lebanon.

It's quite close to downtown. The front desk speaks English fluently. Check-in is very smooth and check-out is also smooth. The room is not very big but it is enough! pretty good
