It was a great stay. Overall experience perfect. Cleanliness and friendliness and service just great . I would recommend the hotel to anyone who is traveling to lebanon especially if he is going to be in achrafiyeh. Out experience with Citea was just great . We both want to thank them for everything .

The hotel room is one bedroom and one living room. The room is clean and tidy. The hotel service attitude is good, especially the front desk service attitude is good. The buffet breakfast variety is acceptable and tastes good. There is free underground parking. The dinner order is large and tastes good. The only drawback is that the room decoration is a bit old and the bathroom is small

The room is big, there is a laundry room, and the breakfast is excellent

very unprofessional staff especially the sales people and the restaurant manager food terrible service as well the lady in the sales i asked her to give me offers for rooms she didn't reply back it seems that she was disturbed because i asked her to give more options or they have a lot of works thwy don't need business restaurant manager unprodessional the food not tasty at all the presentation not nice service you have to wait to receive your drink i nevver recommend this hotel to anyone very bad experience unprofessional

For sure check drink prices before ordering anything in the hotel bar. Do not be surprised by your $18 shot of scotch. Other than that, it is a nice hotel, nice rooms and good staff. The rooms come with a microwave a small refrigerator and a sink though no dishes. They are spacious and modern. The breakfast buffet at the restaurant is also acceptable.

Very clean property, the staff was very friendly and supportive, and it was a very comfortable stay as always.

Rooms come with a little kitchenette whish i found very practical , the rooms are comfy and clean. the staff is amazingly helpful and cheerful despite the fact i was there during the boom boom period . food is awesome, View from my room was really good. but the gym is tiny and needs more attention.

I liked the lighting of the room and the bath shower jail. The staff pressionalism is profounding. The price is fair and the food quality was amazing, especially the beacons. Keep up the good work and thank you. The reception colleagues are with vivid hospitality. Excellent.
